Excellent communications from start to finish and the reception staff goes out of their way to help and support. Also I got the room at 5 am on arrival at the property - never had that privilege anywhere in the world. Only to be aware that you have to climb a flight of stairs to your room with your luggage ( you can leave heavy luggage for storage in ground floor if you don’t need it). Lovely clean room. "

"Overall stay was good, clean room and bedding. Staff are helpful especially Joseph . One nishap was the first night, we arrived late and checked in to our room with a stale sewage smell. Had a bad night sleep but changed our room to a renovated clean room. Why isn't housekeeping inform the reception about the odor . thodoroom. My "
