Clean room and helpful staff

Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.

I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.

The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else.

I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Their Concierge Team is top notch assisting with reservations, transportation, anything you need. Their room service was reasonably priced...

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

The room felt small, but everything was highly satisfying.

Nice for a short quick affordable stay

The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!

It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. I'm well traveled and have stayed at other Park Hyatts around the world. Park Hyatt Seoul is world class every step of the way. The airline lost our luggage and some museum posters we had purchased. The staff at the Park Hyatt went out of their way to contact the museum, re-purchase the artwork and send me new copies in the mail via courier service. They went the extra mile and deserve a world's best title. Stay here and you will be treated top notch. Mind blown. Big Hugs.
