“The hotel was very clean however the fridge was not working well and there was no handsoap in the bathroom. It seemed there was only one person at front desk for help. We had to go downstairs to get soap as no one answered the phone.”

“Walls were ‘thin’. Toddler next door was noisy. We were put in a handicapped room… we didn’t ask for it or need it. The room was fine but shower was a walk in and water got throughout the bathroom floor. Slippery”

“Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. ”

“Had a strange experience at check in where the front desk staff was MIA. There was two other guest attempting to check in but there was no one around. I left, had an early dinner, returned and a very pleasant gentleman checked us in. The room was very clean and beautiful. It was a great place to stay that was close to all the places we wanted to visit. ”

“We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given...

I don't think they own a vacuum cleaner, or maybe it's broken or something because there were Cheerios, bits of plastic, dried mud clumps and I don't even want to know what the white stuff was in the carpets. “The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having free parking is wonderful, outside and in the garage. The room overall smelled and appeared clean but the bathroom bathtub could have been cleaner, it was like slightly grey as if there was build up dirt. Also, the cleaning policy is every other day which is ok but I had to ask them to clean because they didn't even when they were suppose to. And the area is pretty quiet so it's good if you don't like noise. Overall I would give the place a 3.5”

“Room felt crowded and old in style. Bathtub was cracked and the beds were awful. We could feel the springs from the mattress. The hot tub was colder than bath water and the entire pool area felt unsafe. The doors were rusty inside the pool area, no poll towels and the smell as you entered the front door to the lobby smelled like dead fish. I heard another guest tell the front desk it smelled bad in the entrance where the luggage carts were at like a wet dog. The entrance to the motel is not well...
