The hotel was very nice and the staff were super friendly. They greeted us at the door by our names and welcomed us for our honeymoon. They also had a great breakfast with incredible views for an affordable price. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Sie Lage ist absolut in Ordnung. Leider war unserZimmer etwas hellhörig, mag sein, dass es an der darüberliegenden Küche gelegen hat.

Lovely room

Excellent hotel. We booked a "sea view" which really overlooks a lake next to the ocean. The beds are very comfortable and there are good dining options close by. Some of the staff was great and helped us book a tour and bus back to Hanoi. Other staff was a bit indifferent, but maybe it was a language barrier.

Hotel stay

Postitives- the view of the lake, convenience of being five minutes walk from the main drag but far enough away that it was intrusive or noisy, the size of the room and furnishings, the staff seemingly cared about making the stay enjoyable. A negative comment couldn't be said in honesty about this hotel. Incredible value for money.

Nice clean rooms. Staff was very nice and spoke good english. Staff helped us rent a motorbike so we could drive to Cat Ba National Park. The rooms weren’t very sound proof, but it was pretty quiet were the hotel is located.

Meilleur hôtel à Cat Ba

Super semaine passée au Minh Hieu! Services impeccables, hôtel très propre, assez prêt des attractions mais assez loin du bruit. Nous avons été accueillis comme des rois, c’est le genre d’endroit où tu en reçois plus que demandé! Cat Ba est une petite île paradisiaque parfaite pour les amoureux de la nature! Je recommande fortement cet hôtel!

Great hotel in Cat Ba

Great stay with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good location with short walk to everything, or cheap scooter rental right from hotel if you want to ride. Would stay again with family. Only negative was you need to insert room key to power room, so when you leave room the refrigerator (and aircon) is not powered. After long day out would be nice to have cold drinks in fridge.

It's a family owned business with very friendly and polite staff. Our room was impeccably clean, very comfortable bed and great views! Room was also spacious. Breakfast was made to order, simple and fresh. One of the best Pho soups I've had in Vietnam!! The location is a few minutes away from the major touristy area which was perfect for us.

So comfortable!

This place was very clean and comfortable, the best value! Dinh was so helpful and fluent, made our stay much better. You can rent a motorbike here for 10,000 a day from the hotel. My only complaint is that they need internet boosters. We could not use our internet unless we literally say by our door or in the hallway.

Dinh was very helpful and commutative with lots of tips to arrange our trip. Helped us with any question we had. Hotel is very clean and feel nice. Room was a little small but had everything we needed and felt comfortable . Location is a little far off the main area but walkable distance. Definitely has great value for money!
