"Highly recommended!"

"The hotel guests were too many at this time of the year, belief this is the peak period because of the school vacation. Over-all it is a pleasant stay for us. Highly recommended for family stay,"

"Great location and beautiful resort"

"The hotel is gigantic, a lot of tropical trees , clean, good breakfast"

"Likes: The rooms are big, very clean, nice decor, Breakfast Buffet was good Dislike: The temperature in the gym was too warm, very uncomfortable to exercise Favorite: Hanging out at the Lounge area as it is very windy. The vast grounds were also immaculately maintained"

"Generally the stay was good. All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room were especially very helpful and always having smile on her face. Downside was Room was pretty old .. and smell of sewage came out from the bathroom every night"

"A great stay at a new hotel. All staff were excellent at all times and could not be more helpful. Would book a future stay at this property without any hesitation."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Banyantree Sanya with very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Especially we do appreciate Peter’s support throughout our stay. Although it was not warm enough for swimming, it was great to take outdoor bathtub and jacuzzi under the moonlight."

"Good place "

"The hotel is quite big. There were some people at reception that could communicate in English, although with some difficulty but was good."

"great resort pools and lush tropical jungle"

"Nice family vacation resort"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. In China 5 star doesn’t always mean 5 star but this resort was absolutely clean, modern, and beautiful. We only stayed here for 1 night on a road trip from Haikou to Sanya and it was one of our favorite resorts."

"This is my second time here. Great breakfast buffet! So many options, my family enjoyed a lot. Hotel is a bit old… I need to push super hard to close my room door. I booked a private pool room but the pool doesn’t look clean… Overall the experience was good because of the breakfast but prob wont come back again unless they renovate or have new activities going around."

"nice and quiet place. Good for walking. But not much else to do in the island. "

"Was very serene and beautiful...got caught off guard by the robots tho"

"酒店的沙滩是附近酒店中人最少的"

"入住舒適，乾淨衛生。慶祝結婚周年紀念，特意準備了裝飾，服務非常窩心。早餐款式多，溫泉人不多。"
