Family friendly stay

Very pleasant stay, not bad for a budget place, I really appreciated the friendly service. They're renovating at the moment so hopefully the little annoyances with the water pressure and the sound of the hot water rattling the pipes can be overcome.

Near station.

Very close to station. Partially refurbished old Ibis. Pleasant room with heating. Cindy bed. Good shower and bathroom. Corridors still have old pebbledashed walls and need work. Poor range of Belgian beer in bar - no bottles! Staff excellent.

Excellent customer service

We had an excellent time at B&B Hotel Mons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. However, the best part of the stay was the customer service. Most notably, Theo, who greeted us at the front desk on both of our visits (we had two nights booked in separated by a night elsewhere). He was warm, genuine, friendly and even provided my partner an opportunity to practice her french. Theo also celebrated our engagement with excitement and glee and made us feel welcoming throughout. I am not sure if there is any reward for a good review. But Theo deserves commendation for his excellent customer service. We plan to return down the line and hope to be greeted with him then too.

I'm currently preparing to vacate my apartment in Mons after a few years working in Belgium. Stayed Saturday night at the B&B Mons Gare room 207. The young man on reception was incredibly helpful, Joffrey. Our room was very large with a bath. There were a couple of wedding parties in but we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was fine with some hot options for us Brits. I never used the hotel when it was run by IBIS but would recommend. We didn't have a car but the car park looked easy to use. Not in the best part of Mons but we know the area well.

Fenêtre avec fuite d’air, chambre rénovée au minimum, isolation phonique limite, coupure d’eau le matin, petit déjeuner décevant. L’accueil n’a pas su me donner ma facture, devait me l’envoyer par mail, j’attend toujours. En soit hôtel pas si catastrophique, mais sûrement pas à ce prix. Le rapport qualité/prix est honteux.

Très bon hôtel

Nous avons de nouveau séjourner dans cet hôtel. Depuis les travaux de rénovation, les chambres sont un peu vides mais hôtel très propre. Bien placé et personnel vraiment au top, toujours très bien accueilli et agréable d'y séjourner. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Den Bahnhof habe ich kaum gehört was ich ebenfalls als sehr gut empfunden habe, aber das Zimmer..... Ein naja eher Regal als Schrank ohne Türen ohne Safe und ein Bett, das Fenster war mit einer Kette gesichert, was mich persönlich wieder eher verunsichert hat. Zudem gab es einen Stuhl und einen kleinen Tisch der als Schreibtisch aufgemacht ist. Das Bad war sauber. Aber im Zimmer selbst hatte es sogar gefällt wenn wir geredet haben. Die Gegend fand ich persönlich auch nicht wirklich einladend. Mein Fazit, eine Nacht ist okay aber länger leider nicht.
