Très bien
Hôtel bien situé, proche autoroute, du centre ville. Très propre et silencieux. Personnels agréables et à lecoute des clients. J'y reviendrai.

Très bon hôtel
Un hôtel parfaitement situé, proche de la gare et à 10mn à pied du centre ville. C’est parfait pour découvrir Mons et son marché de Noël. L’avantage, il est ouvert 24h/24 et c’est appréciable pour profiter du salon avec une boisson avant d’aller dormir.

Another Long Weekend Away
Used Mons as a base to explore various attractions in the area. The hotel is a typical Ibis, our room was large and spacious, and the bar provided a selection of refreshments which, owing to the warm weather, were very welcome. A friendly support team added to the pleasure of our break. The railway station is conveniently close although the rebuild still isn't finished!

Don't go here - No acceptable access by car.
This hotel should not be on your list; it is practically impossible to reach it by car. There are so many road closures in the area there is one route (not signposted) to get to the hotel AND THIS INVOLVED GOING THE WRONG WAY ON A ONE-WAY STREET! We were told this was allowed due to the diversions, but the signage did not make that clear. We asked a woman nearby (a local) and she said you could not get to the hotel by car. We ended up parking as close as we could and walked to the hotel where they said about going the wrong way on the street. They were not concerned that this had wasted a lot of our time.

Good space in the room, little outdated. The bed was a bit hard for my taste. Breakfast was fine, the distance to the city centre was good. We also checked in a little before 15 o'clock, which was nice.

Installation OK mais service clients inexistant que ce soit au check-in ou check-out. Parking payant et très cher alors que c’est en extérieur… Bref ne vaut pas le prix investi !

Bonjour, Navré de lire que le séjour n'ait pas répondu à nos attentes malgré les efforts de nos réceptionnistes. Le parking est payant mais vous offre la garantie de retrouver en votre véhicule sans dommage. Ce qu'il n'est pas possible à garantir en se garant à l'extérieur.

Het hotel is schoon en het personeel is zeer beleefd en vriendelijk. Minpunten zijn de matrassen,die van zéér goedkope kwaliteit zijn. Er is alleen een ligbad waarin je staand moet douchen, zonder anti slip mat, waardoor het zeer gevaarlijk wordt. Föhn is aanwezig maar verouderd. Geen waterkoker aanwezig. Weinig aanbod op de menukaart. Het eten is zéér slecht en veel te duur.

Posizione eccellente, a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro, silenzioso, confortevole, pulito. Cose negative: colazione 15 € a persona e, soprattutto, una bottiglia d'acqua 8 €. Ripeto: una bottiglia d'acqua 8 €. Non commentabile.
