Staff were helpful. Didn't try the bar. Room was clean and tidy but small. One pillow on each bed which was small, soft and thin making an uncomfortable night - maybe we could have got more from Reception but we were on the 7th floor. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but free drinks at the bar ...

Decent room and beds were comfortable. Well kitted out kitchen area. For some reason we were placed in an accessibility room, right opposite the lift doors meaning there was noise from those other guest who have no concept of quiet along with the thud as luggage was wheeled out of the lift at 1am ...

4 of 7 days elevator did not work. 2 days the washing machine did not work. We are both 70 and cannot carry 5 heavs back down stairwells. The said that they will send help. None came. Definitely Bob W. should not be on anyones travel plans.
