This was a great location to enjoy the Hakone region. The rooms have a beautiful view of the tree covered hills (really wonderful with the fall colors). The food was really good and all the various hot spring options were fun. Need to go more than one day to see it all. Definitely worth the trip.

This property was so thoughtful designed. The onsens were a wonderful experience and free beverages and after onsens treats were so thoughtful. Also, the kaiseki dinner was delicious and beautiful. I loved being able to walk around the hotel in the pajamas that were provided.

Wonderful Japanese experience with relaxing Onsen facilities. Room is traditional Japanese style and quite large. You can have your own Onsen bath on your balcony as well. Overall positive experience.

I would recommend staying here. I had the Japanese style dinner and breakfast. Limited English translation but the efforts were commendable. I enjoyed the Onsen’s and it was a very relaxing vibe.
