"This hotel is a giant log house, situated in a beautiful street of similar buildings. Nothing beats waking up to fresh snow falling outside your window (massive glass windows) and sipping on a hot cup of tea. The room was very cosy and comfortable! I had the best sleeps here. After a hard day of snow boarding, coming back to just sit in front of the fire, watch the snow fall, have a bath or have drinks with friends in the common area was absolutely amazing!! Wish I never had to leave! 10/10!!!! "

"シルバーウィークに1家3世帯で、利用させていただきました！ ペット可で、繁忙期にリーズナブルでとても良かったです。洗濯機、乾燥機があり、ジェルボール洗剤だったので、とても便利で嬉しかったです。柔軟剤を持って行ってよかった！ 浴槽の排水臭が気になったのと、2段ベットの部屋のエアコンが霜取り？で朝方暖房が使えなくて、寒かったです。電話連絡したら係の方が来て対応して頂きましたが、スイッチを切るとまた、使えなくなってしまったので、しっかりメンテナンスして欲しいです。 コーヒーフレッシュが、固まっていて賞味期限など管理していただきたいです。"

"大人数の方におすすめです。 今回は家族旅行(妻の両親と我が家とで合計7名で利用しました。) 部屋数重視でWakurabaに決めました。 十分な広さと施設で楽しめました♪ 大型スクリーンは自動で上下します。 懐かしのKENWOODスピーカー🔈が吊るされていて音響もOkです。 一階には畳の部屋もあり老人には優しかったです。 何よりも眺めが最高ですね。その地域の最上段の場所にあるので相当登りました。 途中の坂は要注意　車の前後のバンパーを擦りました。 若干お掃除の部分で気になる所がありました。まちまちな日本的な雰囲気を残しつつインバウンド向けの雰囲気がありましたので、まあこの程度でもOKなのかなあと思います。 事前のスタッフ方とのやりとりは丁寧に対応していただき安心して準備ができました。"

The breakfast is a great way to start the day and the onsen is a nice place to relax after a day of skiing. The rooms are vintage charm, but the staff are so very friendly."
