“Cozy, well maintained hotel 5 mins walk from Happo terminal. Very clean, with onsen which is great after a day of skiing! Guests who stayed there were all very respectful and more family oriented. Fantastic breakfast, and a wonderful team of staff that made us feel right at home. They even gave us a gift box at the end of the stay, so lovely!! Highly recommend!!”

“外装、内装も写真よりも実物が綺麗でした。 和風の旅館ですが、地下から２階屋外までwifiは問題なく繋がり、Zoomなどのビデオ通話約90分も支障ありませんでした。 ご飯は量がやや多いですが、朝食、夕食共に小学生の子供達も大満足です。ご飯や味噌汁、卵といった基礎的な部分が美味しく、外出して食べるよりもこちらで頂く方が良いのではないかと思います。 自信を持ってオススメします。”

“All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. They always smiled and gave us a lot of information. Their Japanese breakfast was good. They kept our baggage before check-in and after check-out, so we could enjoy ski all the days. There are free ski lockers. In 5th floor, there a onsen(hot spring) bath. It has a outside bathtub. They took us(including ski) to the bus terminal by their car. ”

“Ken to picked me up and dropped me off at the JR station. The building is showing its age but it’s clean and well maintained. The Onsen is nothing special but I liked it. Breakfast was amazing and the location is a awesome! Two doors down from the information Center! Would definitely stay again!”

“Lovely traditional stay in Hakuba. Close to a lift (not the main Gondola) and plenty of food and ski rental options. The dinner option was delicious an very generous.”

“チェックイン時にベルを何度鳴らしても反応がなくてレストランの方に声をかけてようやくチェックインすることが出来たので、いないなら案内が欲しかったです。また、別館の部屋だったため、移動で地下を通ったが電気がついていなかったり、寒かったりで不気味な感じがしたので爽やかな雰囲気が良かったです。”
