“We were very well received and the staff were very accommodating. Local was a stones throw from nice eateries and the Happo Bus terminal”

“All the staff members were friendly and thoughtful. They always smiled and gave us a lot of information. Their Japanese breakfast was good. They kept our baggage before check-in and after check-out, so we could enjoy ski all the days. There are free ski lockers. In 5th floor, there a onsen(hot spring) bath. It has a outside bathtub. They took us(including ski) to the bus terminal by their car. ”

“Lovely traditional stay in Hakuba. Close to a lift (not the main Gondola) and plenty of food and ski rental options. The dinner option was delicious an very generous.”

“外装、内装も写真よりも実物が綺麗でした。 和風の旅館ですが、地下から２階屋外までwifiは問題なく繋がり、Zoomなどのビデオ通話約90分も支障ありませんでした。 ご飯は量がやや多いですが、朝食、夕食共に小学生の子供達も大満足です。ご飯や味噌汁、卵といった基礎的な部分が美味しく、外出して食べるよりもこちらで頂く方が良いのではないかと思います。 自信を持ってオススメします。”
