"It took almost 40 minutes for the clerk to come to the front. It was super sweet, and I was dealing with an emergency not his fault. Only person on staff. That had hard times the keys kept not working. Had to go back four times to get it to work. The room was gross and the water didn’t work inside the room."

"The rooms were nice and they were clean the only 3 issues were: there are no microwaves in the rooms, you had to go all the way down to the lobby for ice, and the side railings of the bed will KILL your shins so BEWARE!! Great location has a lot of restaurants in the area, shopping within walking distance, and 8 mins from the airport, the staff was extremely friendly, would stay again if we ever go back to Jacksonville."
