“We moved to this hotel after our original booking was horrid. The staff were amazing here and went the extra mile for our honeymoon. We booked a non smoking room, but the room smelt like a cigarette - the staff were super quick to change us into a fresh room when I hadn’t even asked! They were great. Location was also perfect, with all the touristy things being 10-15 mins away. Thank you again to the team for everything!”

“A comfortable and beautiful place, perfect to see Istanbul. The manager was so kind to upgrade my room to the one with the sea view and always available to help.”

“This hotel is gorgeous.. every detail is so aesthetic. The room, the bathroom, the pool, the spa area - everything was beyond beautiful. The service is top-notch. The breakfast was the best ever. I would love to be back one day. 100 out of 10, exceed expectations!”

“The place is really good just have one problem they charge me 6$ for a cup of tea cant get over it”

“it was comfortable stay for 3 nights. I stayed in Jr. Sweet Room Helpful and Friendly Staff, Breakfast was okay, Room condition was perfect with cleaning, and free shuttle bus service was valuable the most. Sultan Ahmet Mosque Area was little far but the shuttle bus that hotel provides drops you off in Taksim Square near by. I felt little hurt from Istanbul Taxi Overcharging during whole trip so this shuttle bus free offer meant a lot. I will definitely stay in Lazzoni for the next...

“Internet was fine. Location was sketchy but should have checked it out before. Still i felt safe walking at night. Tons of kids and lots of noise until 1am. The room was dingy but after seeing location was expected. But the worst is that it smelled of urine strongly. Like an alley. There are cats everywhere but i work with animals and it wasnt cat urine. Thats more ammonia like. I had to use Peppermint oil and still was horrible. I didnt shower as rhe bathroom looked like the walls by toilet had...

“When we were in the breakfast room, the milk was cold, one of the workers inside the kitchen with the white chef's hat accidently noticed later he personally brought us hot milk. It was so nice”

“Close to the airport, not bad for a night stay. The overall halls and rooms are bit dark but it was fine. Friendly staff. Didn't have the time to try out breakfast. ”
