"Nice hotel, well maintained, but not a five star as they claim. It’s the little things like booking a treatment at the spa was not easy, I had to ask to get the treatment charged to our room - they were trying to send me to reception to pay and then come back to the spa ?! You can’t use the pool before 12pm, because the spa doesn’t open till that time. No dressing gowns in the room. Overall a nice hotel, but missing the nuances you would expect in a true five star."

This was my sixth time staying at the hotel, and it continues to be a place I genuinely enjoy returning to. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Abdul Kadir, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout our stay. He kindly upgraded us to rooms with access to the Executive Lounge, which was a lovely gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable. What particularly stood out was Abdul Kadir’s excellent attitude and genuine hospitality. He was always approachable, attentive and happy to help, and he made sure that my family and I were well looked after and comfortable. His friendliness and professionalism really added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel itself was, as always, beautiful and comfortable, and the level of service is one of the main reasons I continue to return to Hilton Bomonti. After six stays, I can confidently say that the consistently welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff make it feel very special. From the doormen to reception, the concierge, Guest Relations, and room service, everyone was warm, helpful, and welcoming. They made us feel at home. A special thank-you to Salma from Guest Relations. From day one, she was incredibly kind and attentive. She and her colleagues checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. Her care made such a difference. I’d also like to thank the gentleman who managed the team at the entrance. He was professional and friendly, and whenever we needed a taxi, he made sure we were well taken care of and felt safe. The concierge team was wonderful too, following up on our requests and helping us arrange reservations on time. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I can’t wait to come back!"
