"It is a nice property but they really need to sort their central heating as you cant change the setting and in the night the temperature goes up to 27 degrees. Not a single night I had a pleasant sleep!!!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful right from the beginning. They were very knowledgeable on popular tourist spots. they offered helpful services like shuttles; especially if you do not have a car. The hotel was located in a great spot if you prefer to be in a more quiet area. It was about 10-20 mins to get to most tourist locations. Adding the breakfast option was clutch. The 10th floor offered a great view of the landscape and the food/options were great. Again, the staff was very friendly. There is a nice little gym for those who want to get a quick workout in. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Special shoutout to guest relations and manager Muhammad Savuncu; everyone was very kind. My family and I recommend this hotel. 5 stars for us. We will be coming back when staying in Istanbul."

"Simply fantastic on arrival Elif the receptionist lady was very polite helpful & friendly we had a great welcome Metin took our bags he was a great guy it’s because of these people I consistently stay at this hotel I’ve stayed about 10 times and I’m back October / November the team even remember my anniversary they gave us cake and wine they are an absolute brilliant team "

"The hotel looks great esthetically. The rooms are much smaller than what the pictures make them seem. Very dated. The AC didnt work consistently it would cool for 5 mins and blow warm humid air The rest of the day. No storage in the room for long stays. The showering amenities like shampoo are really low quality and Im one who never has an issue with this but I had an issue with their product. The carpets had stains and crust feel and need to cahnged. The pillows were lumpy and really poor. I had 4 different sized pillows lol. The breakfast buffet was great!"
