"Welcoming staff on the front desk and in the bar. Quiet room on the 2nd floor with comfortable king size bed, very nice interior decor but not much of a view other than a building site. Excellent location - just a short stroll to Parramatta’s lively eat street. Parking available onsite for a reasonable fee. Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but that is probably a reflection of the hotel’s popularity. Would definitely stay here again"
