"From the time we walked into this hotel to the time we left this hotel.We did not find a single person that was hospitable, kind, gracious, or helpful. The room was clean. The location was great and I felt like my car was safe in the parking lot. The mall is right across the road pretty much, which offered a great variety of places to eat. But you really didn't need to go anywhere else 'cause they had great food, too. Already planning our next trip for our anniversary."

"My air conditioning was broken. I was offered another room but it wasn't adequate for my family of 5. There was also a dead roach on the floor and the room smelled of weed."

"Parking was great and room was awesome as well as the staff. Air conditioning worked very well. Catt was absolutely amazing and seemed to really love her job. She greeted me and my business partner as if she'd known us for years. She also made sure that of we needed anything she was there for us. Deborah was also very pleasant as well as the rest of the staff. Can't applaud them enough. The best stay I've ever had. Love this place. Breakfast was great also and had plenty of seating. "
