It was ok. The service from main waitress at the restaurant was excellent. Front desk was mediocre service. Small rooms. It's like pulling teeth trying to get new towels and clean garbages. Highway noise. Shady person hanging out at the back of hotel.

Hotel is under renovation. It was fine. Comfortable and clean. No room service. No cleaning service unless you ask. Rooms are fine. Affordable due to renovations. I hope the price doesn't go up because they don't offer the services to warrant that.

The advertisement said come to our renovated room with new high definition TV’s. I booked a room for 3 nights as a getaway for my wife and I to relax, watch Netflix / Amazon on these High Definition TV’s. The advertising was very misleading. The TV’s aren’t internet enabled so all you can watch is cable. How many people watch cable in this day and age?? My wife and I spent all of 15-minutes in the room and asked to be checked out because the room didn’t meet expectations. I was told I still had to pay for 1 night and the other 2 nights would be refunded in 3-5 business days. I still have not received the 2-day refund and it still stings that I am out of pocket $180 for spending 20 minutes in a room. Terrible experience!!

Disappointed

I arrived at the hotel at 5 PM, even though check-in was from 3 PM, only to be told that my room wasn’t ready yet. They gave me a different room, which was on the first floor facing the highway — not exactly the best location. When I returned late at night and tried to take a shower, only lukewarm water came out. The same thing happened the next morning. The room itself was very clean and even had a kitchen, which was nice, but unfortunately, the other issues made the overall experience disappointing.

Room 245. Adjacent to the QEW. Very loud. Wish I was told this on check in. Could not get to sleep at all. Need to improve the sound isolation of the windows like the other hotels along the QEW ie, at Burloak. Also no hot water in the shower at 6:20am. Only lukewarm.

I don’t know where to begin. Windows in room where drilled shut, which seems unsafe in case of a fire, which lo and behold - the alarm went off and the hotel had to be evacuated. Suite had long black hair all in the cutlery drawers and bathroom. No hot water, not water pressure, no privacy I room, poorly stocked roomed, no cleaning the entire 5 days I was there. Rusty shower floor.
