Fantastic Gem for a Night or Two
This was a fantastic place for an overnight stay. Centrally-located for the wedding we were attending in town. Incredibly clean and all staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. Really good vibes. Don't let the older facade put you off. Very newly renovated inside. Found the AC a little tough to get right but not a big deal. I'm an early riser (6 am) so would have appreciated earlier access (or in room access) to getting my tea but, again, not a huge deal.

Had a wedding up the road at the Farm to Table and it was the closest accommodation… so for that purpose it was convenient. The motel is smoke free but very dated. Bring your own soap as what they supply was cardboard. Towels where paper thin and the shower was horrible. The door locks were old and sketchy. The price was expensive for a motel of this quality. Could have stayed in Burlington hotel for the same price but wasn’t as close to the venue.

I didnt like the shady clientele in and out 2 hours...Hmmmm. They gave a couple my room key thinking I had checked out. They walked right into my room. Then the manager came by to say sorry.

My flight was delayed and it was closed by the time I landed. Stranded at 11pm had to find a new place to stay last minute. I had no way to call and I didn’t know it would be closed upon my arrival. Hoping they don’t charge me for not being able to stay there!

we very disappointed because we were not informed that check-in time the latest was 2100 hrs. Our flight arrived Hamilton airport was 2250 hrs. so when we got thee we were told we cannot moved into our room because the motel was closed. So we have get another room for the night. if we have known we could asked our son who lived in Hamilton to check-in for us and get the key for the room.. So we have to check in the next day. it was ok. I have to let the Manger of the motel that the room we were in was No. 11, and the bed was not comfortable because we both end up in the middle of the bed like a valley. So may I suggest that the manger has to put a pile wood on top of the bed frame so that when we are on the bed we will not slipped into the middle of the bed. Not a very happy camper. Hope the manager will fix this problem.

Value hotel, no shops or food nearby
OK hotel, not great. Easy access but poor location away from services but right along major roads. Clean and spacious room, no glasses or coffee machine. Chatty receptionist, friendly upon check-in but uneven later on.

The place was perfect and the staff was so kind and friendly. Definitely if you’re in Burlington and need somewhere to stay that is close to Hamilton and the city, this is the place.

The hotel staff refused to respond to my requests for a refund as the dates were booked for the wrong month, I stayed there for two nights in February and requested a refund for the days a mistakenly made for March. Owner/operators care more about money than anything else.
