The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The property is close to the airport and although run down looking outside, I thought the room was clean and well maintained. The complementary breakfast area was clean and had an excellent selection of quick breakfast items.

Stay was great and hotel staff was amazing, took me an hour to check in with expedia when the reason it was a nightmare was expedias fault i still dont understand. Thankful for the woman at the front desk today that just put me in my room

Arrived after a twelve-hour drive to a poorly maintained, poorly equipped property. Dirty place, room key-card machine did not work (we were told that at check-in), so the desk clerk had to open our door every time we needed into the room, NO ice machine (clerk popped the only ice cube tray in the small freezer order to get us a little ice), no microwave or mini-fridge in the room. Over all, NOT GOOD. The workers were fine, but the facility was "tired."

The carpet was pulling away from the floor and the nails underneath were showing. It’s a typical “close to the airport, low price” hotel. The key locks on the doors weren’t working, she had to let us in each time if we left our room. The staff at the front desk was very lovely and very helpful!

Some less than rave reviews had me concerned, but the hotel is so close to Hamilton Airport that I chose it anyway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and warm. There were simple breakfast supplies even at 5:30 am. A friendly taxi driver took me to the airport in the snow at 6:15 am for only $15. Nothing fancy, and certainly furniture needs upgrading. But if you just want a quiet, comfortable night's sleep and save money, I recommend it!
