“Filthy hot tub, floors, no hot breakfast like advertised, no one at front desk. When they did come, rude and unfriendly. We ordered a king suite, got a king room with a crappy hot tub, no bars to get in/ out off it. Paid price of a suite not room. Need a partial refund....”

And staffs at the counter, they always greeted me when I went in and out Speaking of foods, they provided fresh bread and fruits every morning, which helped me to do my job in USA And there were various kinds of restaurants around the hotel so that you could choose and taste any dishes you wanted in the evening Especially I needed a backpack for my business trips and found a nice and exact stationery shop and bought one. “Absolutely magnificent home! Years and years of loving curation provide pure eye candy for visitors while lending a true element of grandmacore nostalgia, exhibiting decades of a life well lived in every available space!! The host, Burnette, is a lovely lady and greets you with the warmth of a grandmother, happy to welcome you in with a cup of hot tea! Breakfast was a scrumptious homemade quiche and cherries jubilee! We look forward to returning!! ”

“Actually Expedia said they allowed pets and in fact they do not! However the manager allowed us to stay and was very kind! ”

“I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude...

“The bed was horrible and had dog hair on one of them. The sheets were dingy and we went an bought sheets to sleep on after I Lysol the mattress. The lamp shades and ceiling had mold on it over the bed. ”

“The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Check-in was slow but it appeared to be complicated software. The room and bathroom were clean. Third floor elevator request button would not light so I could never be sure the elevator was coming. The bed was comfortable but I really wish hotels would provide a few pillows with volume as opposed to puffy pillows that flatten as soon as they are put to use.”
