The wifi was not reliable unfortunately. I don’t know why but I thought the pool would be heated or warm. The location of the hotel wasn’t the best because not too many good food options. Other areas in Hammamet had more options around. I can tell this hotel wasn’t probably great in its time but it’s very dated. I also despise when hotels claim they offer “free toiletries” when it was just an all-in-one hair, face and hand wash (that’s literally what it said). And I wish it was more age diverse. I’m in my 30s and a solo traveler and was hoping to meet other people my age or around my age. It was only older couples around 60-80yrs old. I don’t mind older people, but if it had a mix, it would’ve been better. They definitely need to update and remodel though.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and excellent food

I stayed here recently for a week in January. The view from the room was outstanding with a view of the sea and palm trees. There was a desk and small table to work from. The WIFI was mostly good though I also had an Ooredoo 4-G SIM to rely on. My plan included breakfast and dinner which were both outstanding in terms of food freshness and quality. The heated indoor swimming pool was nice. The staff, Hisham and Salah, were both friendly who could communicate effectively in English.

The people are nice and it is 4* not pretending to be a 5*. Negatives The hotel interior is showing its age and the bed was not very good. The bath tub shower was showing its age. Toiletries could be improved upon. The corridor carpets are worn out. Aziza was a beautiful resort right on the beach and staff generally very helpful and nice. Breakfast was the best we had in Tunisia, wide range of selection and all fresh. Hotel interior is somewhat dated especially in common areas but this did not bother us. It is an adult hotel only and would say the music etc was more for older adults although we found it charming. On site spa is nice, a bit dated again but good value and massages were good. One minus point to mention was that it was my husband’s birthday and I had asked reception kindly if they could sort out a small cake of some sort for breakfast on our last day. The receptionist checked for my husbands name on file and called up the chef when I was there to confirm. I tipped him some money for the kind gesture however we never saw any sign of a cake which was disappointing. Overall was a very nice stay, would stay again and would recommend

La chambre était très bien.Lits moyens. Sanitaires corrects sans plus. mais les services excellents! les employés(es) très souriants pour la majorité que ce soit à la chambre, comptoir client, piscine, bars et surtout aux restaurants dont en particulier notre bon amis Chadis toujours aux petits soins!!! La piscine très belle et bel aménagement paysager mature . Plage un peu petite, le moins intéressant du lot. les transats passables et suffisants en nombre.
