The staff was very helpful. The room had a musty smell which the clerk said was due to the ozone cleaning system. I ended up checking and not staying due to allergies and high sensitivity to odors.

Room was clean but did smell odd, breakfast was good and convenient, using the pool was difficult because towels were not regularly stocked, and the card reader to re-enter the building didn’t reliably work. We had a good experience in the area, and the hotel location was great!

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights. We had a king suite. The staff were very friendly especially Cheryl. Our room had a very strong cleaning chemical smell when we first walked in and unfortunately it lasted the entire time we were there (we did not get our room serviced while there). Also, the bed was extremely hard. It was not comfortable at all. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. All in all, the stay was decent the bed was just so uncomfortable to sleep on. Unfortunately we wont stay again because of the bed.
