The stay was comfortable & easy to check in. Also no gimmicks, meaning no ridiculous taxes added on plus the incidental fee. The incidental fee is $20 a day. About the room, we had mold on a shower curtain and in the shower. Also our sink was clogged. Thankfully there were staff there, they were so nice and polite and fixed the problem immediately! Me and my mom loved them! The bed/sheets were clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast in the morning is the cherry on top! Everything was good!

My family was visiting from Florida. Fairfield was great, cleanliness, respectful, very helpful. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Constance ran breakfast and she was Amazing. We will be back real soon.

This is one of the smaller Marriott hotels with a small lobby, small business center and our room was smaller than I normally book. But the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I also made the mistake of getting a room across from the elevator. It was pretty noisy early in the morning as people were leaving and workers were arriving to clean rooms (it was 7am). The breakfast was good and they do have coffee 24 hrs, which my husband loved. All things considered, we would definitely stay there again - but not by the elevator.

This hotel has very mixed reviews, location was good-right off the interstate. The main hallways, elevator, and lobby floor all need a deep clean. The room was okay, there was a layer of dust on tables and soap scum build up in the bathtub. The carpet wasn’t the cleanest either. The bed is hard. It was okay for a quick stop one night, but wouldn’t want to stay there longer than that.

I had a great stay at this Fairfield. I live in west TN but had surgery in Chicago and needed to stay somewhat close for the night before going home. I am on crutches because I had a hip replaced and the front desk put me in a room right off the lobby and in front of the breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable, I’m having my other hip done and I’ll be staying there again.
