This place was clean and quiet. Cottage 2 that we stayed in isn't far from the water. It was so relaxing and the office people are very friendly can't wait to go again

Cottage was bare bones….furniture was old and in poor shape. shower floor was “squishy” and the stall moved (probably rotted floor underneath). There was evidence of mice. There was also a charge error that took over two weeks to correct. The view was nice and it was quiet, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Dissatisfactory Will not recommend for Families

Our stay at the Riverbay Inn cottage in Thousand Islands, New York, was a mix of frustration and disappointment, despite the incredible location and stunning views of Chippewa Bay. The sunsets were indeed beautiful, but that's about where the positives end. We arrived to find that the cabin lacked even the most basic amenities—no pillows, no towels, nothing that you would expect to be standard, especially when traveling with a 2-year-old toddler. To make matters worse, the propane heater wouldn’t start, leaving us in an uncomfortable situation. Although the staff was helpful enough to fix the TV, it didn't make up for the overall inconvenience and discomfort. This place has so much potential with its amazing location, but the lack of preparation and basic provisions made our stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.

Worth the money and great experience

This was an amazing place to stay. I really enjoyed here staying with my wife and 1.5yr old son. The place, the cottage, the river view and the morning bliss is so cool. The owner mike was so generous to offer us a 3 bedroom cottage at no extra cost ( i actually booked a 1 bedroom cottage). Will plan for more than 3 days next time.

The location is where you want to be to get away from it all. The price was triple the value as the cabin was run down and borderline unsafe.

The Cabin was dirty and in poor repair…The beds were so uncomfortable that we could not sleep…the dishes in the cabinet were dirty…we left after one night and were told that our fees would be adjusted but 5 days later there is no evidence of any changes. It is a beautiful area, just a shame that the facilities are so poorly maintained.

My wife and I have stayed many places along the St Lawrence and Chippewa Bay(Riverbay Adventure Inn) is so far the best. We plan to go back in the spring/summer with our boat. For anyone looking to get away and relax. This is the perfect spot.

Great Spot

We were able to take a nice walk first d as y through the woods and down the road to beautiful views or the bay. Day two we kayaked up the inlet. Cabin was nice a fire at night an reasobly comfortable bed.

A few days away!

Had a great time with my husband for our Anniversary! Cabins were basic but had all you needed and comfortable. Enjoyed fishing in the bay and a nice fire in the communal fire pit.
