Dear Michael, Thank you for taking the time to post a review following on your recent stay and I am so pleased that overall, you had an enjoyable time. All our rooms have Nespresso machines, and I am very sorry if this absent from your room. I have shared all your comments with the housekeeping team - please accept my apologies, I only hope it did not impact too much on the overall enjoyment of your stay. Regarding the spa, which is our most popular facility accommodating our in-house guests, spa members and spa days. We allocate swimming times for the children from 9:00 -10.30 and again from 16:00 - 17.30, however occasionally the spa can become very busy. It is for this reason that we limit the number of spa days we accommodate, and I am sorry if you found it a little too busy when you visited. Again we appreciated your feedback and I sincerely hope you will have the opportunity to return again in the not too distant future.
