“I moved here after my conference accommodations in the city turned out to be substandard. It’s a great little hotel. Very peaceful. Staff is mostly young, professional, warm. I didn’t have the opportunity to use the spa amenities. However, I had a great meal at the restaurant. My room was spacious, clean, well equipped. During non-rush-hour, it was about 15 British pounds to Uber into the city. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The staff were lovely, dealing with two wedding parties on consecutive days. They had to do so much to change the main reception rooms within just a few hours for another purpose, and it was all done so willingly and politely and speedily. A very impressive establishment ”

“Stayed in a luxury double room which was large and comfortable. Timed slots for the spa meant it is quiet & relaxing. Evening meals in the restaurant were superb, especially the raspberry soufflé. Staff friendly & knowledgable. Would definitely stay again.”

“Amazing staff everywhere. Amazing breakfast. Room was lovely. Just the mattress was very springy and the pull out sofa bed had a metal frame that kids kept catching their legs on. Ended up putting mattress on the floor and they were fine. It was good that kids could use the pool but the area needs more modernising as it looks a little tired. Overall a great stay and the location was good. ”
