“We have great experience even the building have certain floor under renovations. They fix our issues when we first check in very quickly which makes our whole stay very wonderful. I love they have activities for kids or adults every day in the hotel even though we do not have time to participate. Is a very nice touch, very family friendly. The pool can tell need a bit touch up but they still maintained very well. Great location! Overall everything is good and will come again! ”

“The grounds are kept very clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly, from check in to the housekeeping! The pool area was beautiful. We enjoyed renting dvds and the kitchen area was well stocked. I do advise to bring your own throw blankets so when your lounging on the couch you can be a bit more comfortable, but other then that it was close to everything! ”

“Beach front room- would have been a nice view if they’d actually cleaned the windows. Dead cockroach greeted us upon entering the room. Not many toiletries provided, with promise of being able to pick some up from the office. Office however never staffed and toiletries not restocked. All in all, ok if paying around $60 per night (Elite room). ”

“The staff here is excellent. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and whenever I visit Virginia Beach, this is one of my favorite places to stay for four reasons: the in-room hot tubs, the beautiful sunrise views, the sunsets, and watching the dolphins and surfers. The location is also wonderful — it’s just off the main strip, so it’s much quieter and feels very safe. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff and housekeeping team have always been kind and welcoming. The only area that could use...
