Hamptons, New York hotel rooms at the Best Western

"Parking was easy and convenient, which made things a lot smoother. The room itself was spotless and in great condition, so no complaints there. One thing I noticed was that no one checked in to see if I needed the room cleaned during my stay. It would also be nice if they offered some kind of breakfast option. The shower pressure could definitely be better, and having an exhaust fan in the bathroom would help a lot."

"i arrived after 8 and could not check in,,, the phone was unattended all was dark…I had to go on my phone find another hotel in the area .Not a good experience i would not ever consider a hotel with no human monitoring the desk or phone"

"Stay was good. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Had some issues checking in. When we got there is was dark and the office was closed. Tried to call the number but no one picked up. Reached out to hotels.com and they also tried to reach out. I was about to cancel and try find another hotel when I went to the office area and turns out key to the room was in box by the office. Would have been good to have been notified of this or maybe I missed it. Once we got in to roommate was fine. "

"The breakfast is amazing, beds super comfortable and grounds stunning. Location was perfect and staff wonderful. Also the tub in our room was incredible. Only suggestion would be for coffee in the room in the morning. Otherwise it was a literal perfect stay "
