“It was less than 50° outside, and the heat was not working in our unit. The maintenance person came and showed us how to use the remote and at that point I said that I think the upstairs unit is not working, which is what was keeping the heat from turning on however he assured me that it was working. In order to give the benefit of the doubt I thought maybe it just needed a little bit of time to warm up- we left and came back after dinner. The room was still freezing. We tried calling after...

“We had a nice stay. Enjoyed having a drink at the bar and listening to the band. Had a nice breakfast in the morning. No major complaints, but for the price and style of the hotel I expected it to be cleaner. One of my drinks in the bar had a dirty ice cube and the glassware and plates at breakfast had some spots on them (looked like dried food that didn’t come off in dishwasher) ”

“We ended up getting an upgrade into one of the two bedroom two bathroom pillows due to the renovation on the main hotel. We were pleasantly surprised we felt like we were home. It was so nice so relaxing. Everything was amazing and we could literally walk right across the street to get something to eat at fresh salt or at the choo-choo lounge views of the water at home field by having a full kitchen and laundry felt like a great little mini vacation we’ve been there before and we will be back...
