좋았습니다! 메트로랑 연결이 되어있어서 찾기도 쉽고... 침구도 아늑하고 너무 편안했습니다. 방도 넓고.. 웰컴 과일 및 과자도 매일매일 주셔서 잘 먹었습니다. 청소도 잘해주셔서 다 만족이었습니다. 다시 항저우여행을 간다면 다시 묵고싶은 호텔이예요

エアコンが集中管理なのか、クーラーにしても暑くなる。あまりにも暑いので窓を開けたら閉まらなくなった。また1晩で部屋の電気が3回落ちた。落ちるたびに主電源を再度入れる必要があった。

만족스러운 숙박입니다.

저층은 쇼핑몰이고 고층은 호텔인 건물이다. 방은 크지는 않았지만, 상당히 깔끔했고, 고층이라서 전망이 매우 좋았다. 화장실도 깔끔하고, 크며, 각종 물품이 잘 갖추어져 있다. Wulin Square역이랑 매우 가깝고, B번 출구로 나가는게 가기에 편하다. 다른 출구로 나가서 쇼핑몰 아래를 통해 올라가는 방법도 있는데, 초행길인 사람에게는 어려워 보인다.

Not as expected, but ok.

Had some communication problems with reception but they tried very hard. I noted in my booking that I wanted a non smoking room but they issued me a smoking room, however they were able to reassign me a non smoking room after my discovery. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable, the shower bathroom were great as well, but you could see that the carpet wasn’t as clean. The room was hot due to no in room controlled A/C. There was a note saying that the hotel was on “Heat” mode and that you cannot set to “Cool” and to contact reception for further assistance, which I thought they could manually set to cool, but without success. Their suggestion was to open the window. Be careful when booking “Hangzhou Tower Hotel” because there seems to be two different locations one close to the westlake area and one much further north, both have the same 1Wulin Square address at Wulin Metro stop and another shows it’s at Longxiangqiao station.

Good location, but rooms are stuffy and hot.

Hotel is centralized and easy to get to the surrounding shopping areas and the metro subways. Downside is the inability to turn on the air conditioning in the room making it very stuffy. When you call the front desk and have them send a maintenance worker to look at it, unfortunately, all they can suggest is to open the window for fresh air, but the air quality in China is poor. Also, it’s very difficult to communicate with the staff due to language barriers. Not their fault, but it does make me think twice about staying here again

Terrible front desk and management

Terrible front desk and booking service. I make a full paid booking through hotels.com, but when i checked in, the front desk couldn't find the booking. I called the website hotline and confirmed my booking existed and fully paid, and I let the hotline called the hotel to negotiate. After prolong waiting, the front desk agreed to give me a room, only if I agree to paid RMB600 as deposit, which I was promised to have it refunded to me when check out. It was late night so I paid the money, and was issued a receipt for the deposit. Unfortunately when I checked out the next morning, the front desk refused to make any refund, claiming the hotel's policy only required RMB200 as deposit, so they won't acknowledge the receipt when I showed it to them. I called the hotline again and emailed them the receipt, and let the hotline talked with the hotel again. The hotel staff changed their story this time, and claiming they still couldn't find my booking, so they charged me the money as the fee of a walk in customer, even though the receipt clearly showed the money is for deposit. After a week of continuous emails and telephone conversation with the hotline and the hotel, no conclusion was reached nor any refund was made.

酒店位置在市中心及較近地鐵站

酒店位置在市中心及夠近地鐵站，步行至地鐵站只需10分鐘以內，杭州大廈總共分為四座， A、 B座是專賣名牌 (如LV、CHANEL、Gucci、Dior.....等等)，C、D座是賣一般潮服，如果是打算在這裏購物的話，這間酒店是理想選擇之一，因為他樓下便是各大名牌集中地。 至於食肆方面，周邊的選擇也很多，步行的話也只是5分鐘至15分鐘內也可找到，所以尚算方便。 只是酒店所提供的早餐不如理，雖然它只是收＄45人民幣一位，但質素較差！ 順帶一提，清潔嬸嬸居然把我的面巾當作酒店的毛巾一起收走，其實我的面巾與酒店的毛巾顏色是較相似，但酒店的所有毛巾是帶有金色縫線和酒店標誌的，而我用的是沒有，另外我已特別將我自己的毛巾另外掛起，以免混亂，但最終也是難逃厄運！ 建議其他旅客與要自己攜帶毛巾的話，最好不要帶米白色的毛巾，以免又會被他們誤會及收走。

Hotel Inside a shopping mall

The hotel is actually inside the shopping mall, you just got to take the elevator up to the seventh floor where the lobby is. The facilities were nice, except i didn't like the shower. It has a large glass window that faces a outside office building, and the privacy shade was black and moldy because it was in the shower

Room Condition

I changed my room because there was a funny smell in the bathroom. The water leaks from underneath the glass door in the bathroom in the second room making the floor all wet. Don't understand why there always is a smell of smoke from cigarettes on the reception floor.

離西湖蠻近的，搭TAXI只要22RMB 只是剛到的時候有點找不到飯店入口 ＆ Check-in位置 可能因為在市區，服務態度沒有特別好但也沒特別差 沒有附早餐有點可惜～ 喜歡購買名牌的人很適合來這裡住，非常方便
