"Lovely location but let down by service level. Stay there every year, but this year there was a noticeable lack of attention by the staff. Few smiles, long waiting times to be served and an apparent lack of customer attention. Not as it used to be which is a great shame."

"I stayed at this hotel recently, with family to celebrate my daughter’s Wedding in Stockholm. The hotel had a wonderful spacious, relaxing feel about it and had many different seating areas. The dining set up was excellent as was the quality and variety of food. The staff were all friendly, a special shout out to Elias! He was very attentive and knew all of our group. He regularly checked to see if everything was to our liking - he went the extra mile :) I would definitely recommend your hotel...

"There is no lobby or reception amenities like we experienced at many other European stays, but that was okay. Staff was nice enough. Didn’t interact much since we didn’t need much. The room was a surprise in a good way. Extremely spacious and with a table and seating area. Lots of chairs for relaxing and lots of outlets. It was clean and stayed super cool. The location really can’t be beat. Waterfront bakeries within a few minutes walk and step out the door to be right in the heart of Gamla...
