Great location, away from the busiest old quarter streets and easy to find. One street over is a 7/11. The rooftop bar is nice and you can bring your drinks up there once it closes at 12 PM, the other covered half remains open. Most of dining area, shopping, tourist sight seeing is walkable and no need for car. There many tour offices which you can buy many different day and longer term tours. Overall people at hotel and also in Hanoi are very friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay at Bendecir with my mom. The room faces a busy street, with awesome accessibility to the water puppet show and Ngoc Son temple. Great spacious room and nice sky roof breakfast in the mornings. The service by the team is excellent too.
