I like using the piano in their foyer to practice . The staff seem to not mind that I play it early in the morning , which is good for me . I like this hotel and have stayed there a few times now

New, modern ,on edge of old city
It's a twenty minute walk to the center of the very interesting old town. Pedestrians navigating the traffic is achallenge

雑然とした中に建つ安宿
ホテルの設備は古く、そのうえ、掃除も適当なため、たとえば、バスタブの湯垢など、あまり快適ではない。　ただ、朝食はそこそこ種類もあり、満足できる。　何より問題なのは、ロケーション。　確かに市内中心部ではあるが、雑然としたエリアにあり、行き交うバイク、車で、しかも歩道は佇む人々、駐車中のバイクでほぼ使えない。そこを無理して歩行したが、事故の危険と隣合わせであった。

Never come back even free of charges
They have air-con control in room but it's seems central control. Water heater for shower no hot water until you call reception reported (on demand). You cannot find out their reception extension number until you read all their in room rules & regulations. Room smaller than expected. Road side maintenance outside hotel. It makes noise at mid-night. I told reception in early am when i check-out to help and call "Noi Bai Taxi" (a Brand name of airport taxi company). The man ask me pay VND380K. I wonder why it's higher then normal. The man told me that this is hotel taxi. however, i emphasize using "Noi Bai Taxi" not hotel taxi. The man told me that you need to wait for long time if i not call hotel taxi....Well..I told him no need his help. Actually he is not helping but cheating you. I call meter taxi by APPs from hotel to airport. There are only VND300K (included 30K tips). I can't take breakfast because the lady in restaurant gave me a long name list. She ask me confirm my name in the list. The name list is really long. Finally, I can find out but i hurry to leave hotel to airport. So no breakfast finally. I am frequency travel to Hotel. This is the most terrible experience which I met in Hanoi.

hotel was ok , but not what is on internet ,
Hotel is clean and breakfast is good , the rooms are small and not what is on internet , also there is NO car parking on site despite what it says on there web site ... overall it was ok ,staff very friendly ,breakfast was good , district surrounding not so good , but depends on you! the Value is fair but in Hanoi there are lots of better place's , I was disappointed so would not stay there again ..... also watch if you change money ! not correct rate given

Good hotel I would recommend. The staffs are very helpful. The room is good with a large balcony

booked but sent to another hotel on arrival
we arrived and the lobby looked nice enough but were informed that there was an electrical problem and that we would be moved to another hotel. the other hotel was called:la belle vie. we didnt have much choice aince we had already paid. so, we were stuck with a room that smelled like an ash tray and was very cold. i mentioned the smoke smell and they told me it was a no smoking room. upon pointing out a few of the cigarette burns in the couch, he changed the subject. glad we had only booked one night there. we found a great room at the hotel candle (formerly candeo) for the same price but it was 1000xs better.
