The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly! Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I reached out about receiving an airport transfer, prior to my anrrival, and never got a response.

Nice clean and quiet hotel close to the airport but far enough off the road to eliminate road noise. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Good value.

Our stay at the HAAP Transit Hotel was an unexpected pleasure. Close to the airport, the hotel is a very nice family run business. Everything was extremely clean and the owners/staff were very helpful and nice. Great value!

部屋が広く、バスタブが付いてるのが嬉しい。 お湯もしっかりあったかい。ただずっと出してると水になっていきます、バスタブにお湯をためるのはかなりぬるくなってしまいます。 その日は気温が低く暖房にしましたがエアコンは全然ききませんでした。 初め清掃されて無い部屋でした。ゴミくらいなら我慢しようか悩んだけど、さすがにベッドメイクやお風呂トイレも清掃されていないのは嫌なので部屋を変えてもらいました。恐らく、お部屋のカードキーを間違えた様な反応でした。 Wifiが使えるけど遅いかな。 空港から近い、と言っても5kmくらいあるから歩くと1時間かかる。飛行機の音がずっとしています。

部屋は広くて荷造りしやすい。周辺に何もないが寝るだけなので問題ない。空港までの無料のお迎えも電話するとすぐ駆けつけてくれていて親切。空港までは１台１５万ドンと高いが車なしではきついので片道は無料だと思えば問題ない。フロントの人が時間きっちりに車で送ってくれます。

Top Value. Stay here if you are transiting.
The staff at this Hotel are amazing. The room are huge and very comfortable. Much better than I thought and the price is very cheap and 5 minutes from the airport.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The HAAP Transit Hotel is a perfect choice if you need a place to stay during a layover!

Convenient location that is close to the airport. Most of taxi refuse to drive because it's too close which taxi does not make good amount of money. Management is unprofessional and greed. I booked and paid. When I checked out, I am told that my room had not paid and there was no record. I had to go into my Expedia account and searched for record to show them. Then they said they just received an email showing my payment. Ridiculous lie because from the time I booked till the time I checked out was 12 hours apart. Also on Expedia it shows free airport pick up. They told me that it's not free, they wanted to charge 100,000 VND for airport transfer because our booking was at deep discount. I showed them that there is a sign right in front of their hotel that states clearly that free airport pick up. They told me that they forget to take that sign down. Be ware of this place. They will find dishonest way to milk our money.

Definitely a bang for your buck! The room was clean, the staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. They were also very helpful with helping us get taxis to go into town and back etc. We were also too tired to venture out for food so we ordered food in the hotel —amazing prices and they had things like pho, noodles, sodas, smoothies and even French fries all at a reasonable price. Location is also very close to the airport and is not a far ride away at all

We came here looking for a hotel close to the airport for a one night stopover, and even if it looked a little down, we were lured by good comments of other passengers. The place is terrible, close to a highway with no space to have a nice walk, only some terrible places for dinner. The room was cold, the WiFi did not work, the room looked clean but the bed sheets and towels were worn and with unpleasant stains. Next time will look for a different place, even if it is not so close to the airport, but at least have somewhere pleasant for walking and having dinner close by.

Hotel is in a convenient location for flying out the next day, only about 5 minutes drive. The breakfast was okay, menu to pick from cooked to order but mostly Vietnamese options. The staff don’t speak English the greatest, so if you have a more complicated request or questions of any sort a translating app is highly recommended. Had a nice tub in our room so it was great to have a relaxing hot bath the night before our flight home.

Excellent value and convenient for airport.
Excellent service from HAAP. Our bus was over 90 minutes late arriving at the airport but we were still met by HAAP as agreed and smiling! Room was fine for overnight stay. Large, quiet and clean. Shower was good. Breakfast was basic but good and in all our stay was excellent value. Taxi to airport was on time. Can’t really fault our stay.
