The first room we received was just above street level and beside the kitchen so very noisy from 6am to 1am, incessant honking of car horns made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Asked for a quieter room next morning and was given a nice big room on 3rd floor and could not hear any noise at all. After that we had a great stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
There is a very big difference between reality and pictures on the website. The hotel is poorly maintained and the door lock is falling apart. Shower is weak and hard to control its temperature. Staff were quite friendly.

The hotel did not look anything like what was advertised online. It looked as if everything online was photoshopped. The hotel was centered around a street market. Therefore, a lot of noise and bad smell. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there. There were not much variety in terms of breakfast. Laundry service was available. The inside of the hotel was hot but the rooms were very cool temperature. The staff was lovely especially Penny.

Need upgrade, but central location.
Not according to pictures and information. Fake view and the interior was not accurate with pictures from websites. The door to the room was not the safest one and all sounds from the hallway was easy to hear in the room. Cleaning was not good. Bed was good. Air conditioning was working well. TV was small and not working. But central in Old town, and the staff were sweet and service minded. All in all an ok experience.

The staff are really lovely and accommodating. We arrived around 3.30pm and our room wasn’t ready yet, and we had to wait another 15-20mon. The TV wasn’t working, and the bottles in the fridge (even though there was no sign) was chargeable so we got told after we used it. There’s no fly screen in the bathroom. However there was chicken pho for breakfast which was really nice.
The hotel is a little odd. Be aware that the reception desk is on the second floor with a step staircase to get to it. There is an elevator to get to the guest rooms after climbing that initial set of stairs. But this would have been good information. Luckily there is someone that waits on the ground level to carry up the bags. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel location is right in the middle of some shops so it a little hard to see. it's probably 10 feet wide and blends right in to the other shops. The rooms are a little dated, not exactly like the pictures represent. But it was a fine hotel in a good location, close to the main sites. But just some things to be aware of when chosing this hotel.
We had an amazing time staying at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially with matters that require local language.
The location is also convenient, just a stone throw away from the Night Market which takes place every evening starting Fridays all through to Sundays. Generally, its a great place located in Old Quarter Hanoi.

Like most places in Old Quarter it is at the center of attractions. The staff are friendly and do their best to assist you with your needs. It's a cozy place and noise will echo.

Family room is great with 3-4 beds. The entry is small and up 15 steps so if you’re not a walker, don’t come here. Breakfast is fair.
Not many options on the breakfast but the pho and omelett that was served was really good. Nice and clean rooms, but hard to get the right temperature in the shower. Nice staff.

The hotel did not live up to the pictures online. We just needed a last minute cheap hotel for 7 hours. The staff was helpful.
In ancient city so convenient walking around easily… grab, be and gojek available as cars or motorbike. Street vendors everywhere around and street easting places as locals and authentic VN food.. Most are on streets if you want to try… Restaurants a little bit farway.. walking close to Ho Hoan Kiemm lake and city tour sightseeing bus as EV tour …
Everything about this hotel was perfect for me. The room was clean and looked modern and stylish, the bathroom was clean and modern as well. The service was outstanding! There’s even a breakfast from 7-9am. That was a nice surprise. The location is centrally located. Also, the price was outstanding. I 100% recommend
I loved it here so much on my first visit that I booked it again. The rooms are lovely, just like in the photos. The room was clean and well prepared for my arrival. The location is very central and in close walking distance to everything in Old Quarter. The service was phenomenal! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There’s an elevator which makes it easy to get to your room. And the breakfast was a nice bonus.
All for a highly affordable price. Great hotel!
We had an amazing time in Hanoi. The hotel staff members were the nicest I have ever met; they made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. They gave us amazing dining recommendations and great tips for the excursions, even if we had booked them with a different agency.
The room and shower were spotless, quiet, and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The location at the heart of the night market was great. The provided warm breakfast was pretty good, especially the ripe bananas and the warm pho.
Overall would strongly recommend: this is a comfortable hotel with staff that will go above and beyond to make you feel at home.
