Great location and outstanding inxluded breakfast. Claw-foot tub with hand-held shower was hard to keep water in tub. I would have perferred an Asian shower.

My husband and I stayed right before Lunar New Year. The hotel was a welcome respite to the Old Quarter chaos preparing for the celebration. When you walk in, you immediately felt the calm and quiet of the hotel beckoning you to rest. The hotel itself was beautiful with its old world charm. But above all we cannot express how EXCELLENT THE SERVICE WAS. Ms. Mai and her team were exemplary in providing FIVE STAR HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends that visit Hanoi.

Personnel courtois 10/10, la rue de l’hôtel est très achalandée mais les soirs des week-ends les voitures et scooters ne sont pas admis, la nuit que nous y avons passé était très calme. Aucun bruit. La propreté est très correcte.
