We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind and obliging. Anything we asked for was carried out :). I will be returning to stay at this hotel. We actually arrived a week early and this was not a problem, they transferred our booking and managed my problem very well. Great place great people :)

I had a great stay at the Hanoi Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, from check-in all the way through to check-out. I also appreciated the hotel arranging the pickup service. A special thank you to Rosie at reception for making the check-in process so smooth, and to Tony, the bellman, for his quick and helpful assistance. I’d also like to thank CSM Mai NGUYEN for sharing great insights and recommendations about the city. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many great restaurants nearby and most places within easy walking distance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Hanoi.

Fantastic hotel! We stayed at Hanoi Boutique Hotel & Spa for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend booking one of the suites – our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, especially for anyone wanting to experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine. It was a great way to start each day. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance. We also visited the spa and had a wonderful massage, which was the perfect way to relax after exploring the city. The location is great. It's within easy walking distance of many fantastic street food spots, making it an ideal base for discovering Hanoi's food scene. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed right before Lunar New Year. The hotel was a welcome respite to the Old Quarter chaos preparing for the celebration. When you walk in, you immediately felt the calm and quiet of the hotel beckoning you to rest. The hotel itself was beautiful with its old world charm. But above all we cannot express how EXCELLENT THE SERVICE WAS. Ms. Mai and her team were exemplary in providing FIVE STAR HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends that visit Hanoi.

Nice three star hotel in a good location with helpful, friendly staff. The bed was hard and try to ask for a room on the top floor as you need to use the stairs for the last floor, ie from level 8 to level 9.
