A great hotel with amazing staff that are willing to help with almost anything. Close to the old quarter but far enough away that it is not as hectic. It’s so good that this is the second time I stayed here.

Great location for train street

Staff were very attentive and a great location for Train Street, some aspects of the room were a little tired, for example the silicone around the shower and the grouting could do with replacing but definitely nothing to put you off because we had a lovely stay and it is a great location. The breakfast was ok but not great and caters to Vietnamese and Western tastes. The bar was nice but pricey compared to the local area but I guess that's hotel prices for you.

David Ta from reception was extraordinarily helpful. He gave us great tips and most of all, he helped us with ensuring we got to our tour of Ninh Binh the morning we left. Very kind of him!
