We stayed 4 nights and had an amazing experience, Cindy, Hannah and all the staff was so helpful and kind. The location is great, breakfast was delicious, the sky bar is also a really great place to spend time with a view. And the AC works very well in the room!

Great hotel for a short stay. The service here was great! However the room had no window. The rooftop bar was okay, however the bartender took about 20min to make a single drink so only go if you arent in a rush.

Friendly Welcome Hotel

When ever I visit Hanoi I always try to stay at this hotel. As well as it being a great, boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff here are so welcome and friendly and I have got to know them all over the last 9 months or so.
