The room was simple and nice with all amenities provided. The wifi was also quite fast and the staff members were responsive (including accommodating my late check-in since my flight got to Hanoi quite late at night). The location straddling the lake and Old Quarter is great for exploring Hanoi and getting a feel for the city, and the included breakfast also wasn't bad. My room did not have a window, which was a little unusual, but I had a good stay overall and would recommend to others looking for a decent, centrally located hotel to stay in that is not too expensive.

There was construction happening from 6am to 7pm where concrete was being drilled this whole time. Absolutely unbearable to be in the room.
Also, the rooms have NO WINDOWS. The ad says “city view” but the room has no access to sunlight or ventilation.

Foto's komen niet overeen met werkelijkheid. Kamers veel kleiner dan op foto, geen ramen,lijkt mooi van ver, maar niet netjes afgewerkt. Douche en toilet lopen door elkaar door de kleine badkamer Service zat wel goed. We regelden pick up via hotel. Kamers en sanitair werden iedere dag gepoetst. De kamers hadden last van schimmel op plafond en muur ter hoogte van de airco die het wel goed deed. Dit zorgde voor een muffe geur, niet alleen in onze kamer, maar in het hele gebouw. Door gebrek aan ramen kan er dan ook niet verlucht worden, waardoor het niet altijd even gezond aanvoelde om in deze kamer te verblijven. De tweede nacht werden we om 6 u wakker door werken boven/ naast ons, die voor onnegeerbaar lawaai zorgden.
