하노이 시내에 위치해서 시내에서 접근하기가 용이함.
3박4일 퀸호텔에서 지내면서, 불편했던 점은 두번이나 와이파이가 끊겨서 불편하였습니다. 좋았던점은, 프론트 직원과 호텔직원분들 모두 다 친절하고 상냥하게 대해준 점. 조식도 먹을만 했고, 특히 원하는 투어를 물어보면 브로슈어를 보여주면서 상세히 설명해주고 예약까지 다 잡아줍니다. 저는 개인적으로 하롱베이 투어와 갓빠섬 투어중인데요. 두 투어 모두 강추입니다. 개인적으로 하노이 시내구경보다는 외곽의 투어를 추천합니다!!! (시내는 오토바이로 정신없고 소음과 매연이 심하고 보행자 신호등이 없어서 건너실때 항상 주의!!!) 호텔의 친절도에 별5개입니다. 감사합니다.^^

새벽에 하노이에 도착하여 잠깐 쉴 호텔로 예약함 비가 와서 객실 내부도 눅눅했음 침구가 깨끗하지 않아 찝찝했음 샤워기 수압이 약하고 세면대 물내림이 안 되어 불편함 하지만 위치가 좋고 테라스도 있어 좋았음 와이파이, 에어컨 빵빵함 새벽 체크인 직원은 별로였지만 오전 근무 직원은 매우 친절하고 세심하게 신경써줘서 고마웠음 가격이 매우 저렴하니 예민하지 않은 사람은 괜찮을듯 함

굳이 여길 선택해야 하나?
총 4일, 2개의 객실을 경험했습니다. 이불은 밑단은 아예 다 뜯어져 있는 상태에다 밤새 가려워서 잠을 못잤습니다. 다음날 시트를 갈고 나니까 가려움은 없어지더라고요. 로비에서 식당가는 중간에 쥐를 두번 정도 봤습니다... 아침에 나오는 소시지나 볶음밥 같은 경우 4일 내내 똑같은 상태로 대기하고 있었고요.. 다 비워져야 새로 만드는 것 같았습니다.

위치는 호안끼엠호수까지 걸어서 5~10분정도 걸렸던것같아요 직원들도 매우 친절하구요 다만 첫날 방에서 어마어마한 개미떼와 큰 바퀴벌레가 나왔는데 거기 직원이 잡아주고 다음날 방 바꿔줘서 첫날빼고는 편하게 잘 보냈습니다 이불이나 화장실 수건같은거는 다 깨끗했어요

리셉션 직원들이 꽤 친절하고.. 방도 깨끗합니다 다만 무료로 물을 주는건 아니더라구요.. 방도 무료로 업그레이드 해주고 아침도 꽤 맛있고 위치도 좋습니다. 번화가 보다느 조금 한적한 골목이라 조용한 편이고 야시장이랑 가까워서 제일 굿.. 호안끼엠 호수랑은 조금 거리가 있지만 많이 멀진 않구요 ~

nice hotel.
Actually I didn't expect this hotle to be quite nice for me. but It was really good for me. All staffs are really kind and helpful. while I was in there I felt really comfortable with everything. but I was a little dissapointed. when seeing bathroom for the first time. because there are some bugs inside toilet. and there are some dirty stuffs on the bed. it was almost good for me.

1. location - you can walk to night market or lake. and if you take a taxi to near train station, cost is around 2$. in the afternoon, this area so noisy, but after 10pm, is ok. but i just recommend, please dont go around late time. no person near here. 2. room- room is just so so. not to big and small. 3. crew- so nice and kind. if you want to know any information, just ask to crew. they will response them best.

5일간 머물며 최고의 휴가를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 공항에서는 조금 멀지만 픽업서비스가 잘 되어 있고, 시내와 주변 관광지 접근성이 높습니다. 조식도 훌륭하고 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 방은 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 다음에 하노이로 다시 한 번 여행을 간다면 다시 한 번 이용하겠습니다. 감사합니다.

구시가지에 있는 호텔이라 낙후되어있는건 어쩔수없어요 하지만 위치가 좋아 근처에 여행사도 많고(한인여행사도있음) 호안키엠호수에서 걸어서 왔다갔다할 수 있어 좋아요 호텔 여자 매니저분이 아주 친절하구요 베트남 여행하면서 30불에 이정도 조식나오는데 없는거 같애요 뷔페식으로 맛있게 잘 나오구요 객실에 뜨거운물 잘나오고 와이파이가 제일 잘 터졌던 숙소였네요 만족합니다

Mediocre at best
I stayed for two nights. The furnishings were not nearly as nice as portrayed in the photo, they were old and worn. There wasn't an individual shower, there was a hose on the wall and everything in the bathroom gets wet. Bring your own toiletries. There were also ants in the room. I was told that breakfast began at 7am. I arrived at 7:05am and the entire buffet had been wiped clean by 6 Chinese tourists. It was not replenished until after 7:20am. The "spa" is laughable, it is a table behind a curtain on the way to the elevator.

I recommend
Staff was Phenomenal especially the young man who worked serving breakfast during tet. He deserves a raise. He was friendly and professional did an excellent job at serving breakfast, working the front desk and whatever else he did during my 4 nights there. The room had ghost ants on the desk but I am from Florida so I was use to them. they are harmless but annoying because I couldn't use the desk.

The room and toilet is much bigger in size compared to its price, and staff are generally friendly. However, the room and facilities is a little old and lacking. The "rain shower" in my toilet wasn't working, water pressure was weak, and the toilet was a little too dirty for my comfort (due to age and not lacking of cleaning). Also, note that the hotel closes its shutters at midnight. If you want to party till late, you will have to bang on the shutters and have a slightly disgruntled staff open the door for you. Overall, just OK if you prefer a big room and cheap price, but not if you want more amenities and better facilities.

Efficient early check in at 12 noon. There was some confusion the next morning at 6am about whether I had paid for the pre-paid taxi to the airport but it was sorted out.

Not good
This place is for a budget traveler who cares nothing about quality. Rooms were not wel maintained. Location was also a bit sketchy. Beds probably had bed bugs but I’m glad I did not try to stay over the night I left as soon as I got there. Room also had an old weird smell to it. Just not the experience I expected. Much better to pay more for better quality.

Excellent for Ho Chi Minh airport
Needs a place to stay for one night that was close to the airport. This place was perfect. Couple of minutes walk to both domestic and international terminals. Staff great, food was good, room clean, spacious, modern. Bed was very firm but I slept well. Hotel is either new or recently refurbished and looks great and modern I asked for a mug and one was provided immediately

Helpful staff, sub-standard accomodation
Welcoming desk and breakfast staff but disappointing facilities. No curtains on windows with halogen street lamp pointed directly at room, cursory or no daily cleaning, non-operating fridge, no waste basket. Location however was central, on seething old city tiny street.

Thief amongst us
Went out Monday morning and left my key at the front desk. Even though I had the do not disturb sign up, some staff member came in and removed the dirty linens and stole my electric toothbrush. Be warned that there is a thief working in this hotel. Everything closes around 6 or 7 around this area. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to the bar street. I didn't enjoy my stay due to the fact that someone stole from me, but either than that it was OK. Be warned....

Decepcionante, las fotos están muy trucadas, la ubicación es buena pero la calidad/precio no corresponde. Suciedad en todo el edificio, la habitación con muchísimo polvo, mala luz, el cabecero no se había limpiado en siglos, la ventana daba a la escalera del hotel, baño muy sucio.... Nos fuimos a otro hotel perdiendo el dinero antes que dormir ahí.

Hotel standard is below expectation
My husband and I stayed in this hotel on 20-21 Feb. The bathroom cistern was filthy (they did not clean the part between around the hinge of the toilet lid - there were black batches.. The bath towel did not look clean and smelled. The slippers in the room were hard and look dirty The wifi in the room did not work.

Located among hardware shops and is noisy.
Bad - blanket has a big hole. Have to climb 2 storey as there is no lift. Breakfast lousy - cook did not get ready by 6:30am. Breakfast was ready by 6:55am. Some guests just can't wait because their pick up transport arrived. Food was bad.

旧市街の真ん中のホテル。
設備は傷んでいたりするところがありますが、傷んでいるだけで使用に差し支えはありません。日本並みの設備を希望される場合はお金を払って上のランクのホテルに泊まるべきでしょう。私はスタッフの方々の親切さと笑顔もあって、とても気持ちよく滞在をすることができました。ホテルの立地条件も良くてコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルだと思います。

Nice hotel in the center of town
The staff are wonderful. They make sure that all your needs are met. I arrived very early and had a room before 9 in the morning. I came back to hotel after going to halong bay and had a great dinner there. Will stay there next time when in Hanoi

観光スポットが近くて便利なホテル
スタッフ全員笑顔が素敵で、サービスも良い。 1つだけ良くない部分は、ダブルベッドルームでシングルベッド二台を並べて作ってあったので背中に違和感があり寝づらかった。

Personnel accueillant, disponible, souriant. Surclassé sans modification tarifaire. Lit confortable, certes l'ensemble n'est pas de première jeunesse sans être complètement mauvais. La chambre est faite tous les jours, nouvelles brosses à dents avec son petit dentifrice qui va bien. Ecran plat, climatisation fonctionnelle. Salle de bain avec sa VMC pour aérer. Petit déjeuner très convenable (sucré - pain de mie, baguette, café lait jus d'orange... et salé : jambon, tomates, oeufs...). Intérieur calme. Proche des petits restaurants et toutes autres commodités, et d'un grand lac.

Average hotel in the Old Quarter
We stayed 2 nights - once before our trip to Halong Bay and once after. On the first night, we were at the back of the hotel where it was nice and quiet but the room felt a bit grubby. On the second night we were at the very noisy front of the hotel but the room was slightly more spacious and brighter. Both times, it was fine for what we needed (just somewhere to lay our heads) but nothing special. 'Double' beds are really just 2 singles pushed together with a rolled up duvet shoved between the mattresses! You'll need to ask for a second duvet as they only give you a single duvet big enough for 1 person. Breakfast was only ok, we actually went out for breakfast the second morning instead of using our breakfast included option.

The staff was friendly. We were late for breakfast (9.30am) we thought it would be till 10am but saw the choice was limited anyways. Value for money.
