We confidently reserved this apartment for a month during our stay in Hanoi! Unfortunately, we encountered bedbugs on the second night, and I was bitten. Upon notifying the staff right away, they informed us that there was nothing they could do as they do not fumigate the rooms. Despite having no other option but to leave, they refused to provide a refund for the 30 days that I had paid for, even though we only stayed for two days. The management remained unapologetic and uncooperative. It is advisable to steer clear of this apartment. Just stating the facts.

They have a lot of apartment around the area , however they are more interested the long term.On the check out date , I asked for late check out , which was agreed via WhatsApp ( only communication) , the staff was being so rude to check me out.
