음식점등 중심가와의 위치, 그리고 사파뷰, 시설등을 고려해보았을때 매우 만족했습니다. 사파 다시 올때 다시금 이용의사 있으며 주변에 추천할만 합니다. 특히, 주인이 친절합니다.

하노이 최악의 호텔
어떻게 이런점수가 나왔는지 모르겠네요... 샤워부스에서 샤워하면 밖으로 물이 새는 호텔은 또 처음봤습니다^^ 커피포트에 물때가 잔뜩있어서 바꿔달라했더니 여자직원이 그냥 사용하면되지 왜그러냐길래 지금 더러운 물때가 안보이냐니까 짜증나듯이 남자직원을 불러서 바꿔주더군요. 총 2박을묵었는데 첫날 지난 후 청소해준것도 아주 가관이더라구요. 쓰레기로 놓은건 버리지도않고 이불도 그냥 반으로만 접어놓고 수건도 제대로 가져가놓지도 않았습니다. 조식도 형편없고 말이 루프탑바지 무슨 땡볕아래에 테이블만 가져다놓고 어떻게 식사를 하라는건지..... 방음은 전혀 안되어서 엘리베이터 오르락내리락하는소리때문에 잠을못잤습니다. 그냥 돈좀 더주고 좋은 호텔로 갈껄 후회했습니다. 아 그리고 창문이 없다는 얘기는 어디에도없었는데 창문 없는방을 배정받았어요^^ 여러모로 최악이었던 호텔입니다.

ハノイ駅と、旧市街の間にあり、どちらも徒歩圏です。あと、下町にあるので、ベトナムの庶民の暮らしも見えるし、コンビニも徒歩圏内に有るので便利ですよ。一階に有る喫茶店も、行って見て下さい。魔人が、居てるよ。

This hotel does not deserve even 2 star. The staffs were helpful but hotel was very old. It needs to be renovated. The room was not clean enough. They sell the room with window but without sun light and air. That kind room has to include more explanation but there wasn't any info when I reserve it. I have claustrophobia. That's why I reserved a room with window but I didn't know that window was just opposite of wall and there was only 30 cm between wall and window. That night was a nightmare because there was not availibility for the room with real window for two nights. The other night I went to cruise trip to not to stay that room again.

Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die günstigen Zimmer haben keine Fenster, nur zu einem Luftschacht hin. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Auswahl ausreichend mit schönem Blick über die Altstadt. Zentral gelegen in der Altstadt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert.

チェックインが、早く到着しても対応して下さり良かったです。 しかし、フロントの受付での対応が、時間帯によっては若い男女の時があり、その時は英語があまり通じなかったり、きちんと対応してくれなかったりしました。 後、ランドリーサービスがあるとのことで利用させてもらいましたが、朝にお願いしたのに、夕方になってもフロントに置きっぱなしで、結局言っていた時間よりも五時間程遅れて仕上がりました。 空港、ホテルからの送迎も利用させてもらいましたが、行きと帰りで値段が違う。カード払いだと手数料みたいなのが取られました。始めに記載されている値段と異なるならば、それも記載して頂きたいです。

Good location but rooms are in poor condition
The hotel is worn down. The pictures of the rooms and building must be very outdated. I would rate the hotel 2 stars, not 3.5 as it says. There is barely any hot water when taking a shower. Breakfast is good, wi-fi works well and, the staff is very attentive.

Great place close to old quarter
We’ve stayed here 3 nights in total and the hotel is great value for money. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast has several options and is fresh and tasty. Hotel kindly kept our bags while we went on an overnight trip to halong bay.

Good choice for this part of Hanoi
Decent hotel. Good value. Can't ask for much more at this price level. Very clean, good breakfast, good service, and nice rooftop lounge to enjoy.

Decent cheaper end of the scale hotel. Comfy bed, but layout a bit awkward. Clear window in the shower was a bit weird (had to use towels to cover), sound proofing not the best, but breakfast was good.

立地も良く、静かなロケーション。
スタッフは全員、フレンドリーで親切。 ほとんどが欧米人の利用者で、日本人が居なかったのも良かった。 タクシーの手配、料金も適正かつ迅速に対応する点で効感が持てる。 ツアーのsetting も行なってくれるデスクもあり便利です。

A must stay Budget and clean hotel
Fantastic good and clean budget hotel. Thumb up for cleanliness. Come with international breakfast too. Only improvemwnt is the bath drainage area. Yet bearable.

Budget and wonderful stay
We stay a total of 8 nights at Hanoi Pho. For that budget price, we got a international breakfast every morning. Thumb up for this. Many four stars hotel cannot compare to Hanoi Pho on cleanliness of bathroom and beds. Location is walking distance to everywhere at the old quarter. Local food plentuful too. Get to mix with the local people too. Stay here you won't go wrong. Small concern matter is just the drainage at the bath area. Bearable too.

Very very comfortable hotel. It was probably the best one I stayed can in during my multi city vacation. I got the VIP welcome upon checking in. Furnishings are new with a nice view of local life outside. I enjoyed coming back to the room and relaxing in there. Breakfast buffett was good. Hotel also has a tour agency inside if you're interested. At first, it's hard to find it if you're new to Hanoi. I walked through the busy narrow sidewalks with my suitcase but eventually found it.

The staff were helpful however the shower head was broken, the water in the shower leaked into the room sometimes. However for the price paid it was decent. The location is central to the city and everything is closeby.

Schlechter als erwartet
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster gebucht und auch bekommen. Leider ging das Fenster nur zu einem dunklen Schacht hin auf. Es war deshalb im Raum (selbst bei Sonnenschein) total dunkel. Einige Zimmer haben in den Schacht reingeraucht. Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Roomservice war bereits früh morgens sehr laut und das Zimmer wird betreten, obwohl das Schild "Do not disturb" an die Tür gehängt war. Achtung: Hotel ist zwar rund um die Uhr besetzt, es gibt jedoch ein großes undurchsichtiges Rolltor, welches nachts den Eingangsbereich verschließt. Da das Personal in der Lobby schläft, mussten wir mehrere Zeit klingeln und klopfen, bis uns das verschlafene Personal geöffnet hat. Schockiert waren wir darüber, dass es im Zimmer keinen Rauchmelder gab. Nächstes Mal lieber ein anderes Hotel!
