Hotel location was so nice! There were a lot of restaurants and sightseeing place near hotel. Then hospitality of hotel’s person was great! That was point I was disappointed about outside view and hot shower volume.

The bed and room was clean and maintained well, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only negatives were that there was no hair conditioner, the nearby construction woke us up early in the morning, and that the room had very little space to walk.

Great place in the heart of the Old Quarter

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was ideally located near so many great restaurants and the lake and the room was quiet and comfortable. It is a little bit dated and worn, but overall it was a wonderful place. And the breakfast (included) was incredible!

The location is perfect in Hanoï city center, with restaurants/bars all around. Staff is very welcoming, special thanks to Lisa! Rooms are very clean and spacious. Great experience, I really recommend this hotel for business or tourism.
