It is a very good hotel! The only thing we thought was a little problematic for travelers is that it is far away from the old town, so you have to take a taxi to get there. But everything else was very good!

Best in Long Bien

This hotel stands out as the best choice in the Long Bien district of Hanoi. The junior suite room on the 7th floor of the 'luxury' wing of the hotel was in excellent condition, had all the required amenities and a great view of the famous Long Bien Bridge. I was also pleased that all the Value Added Promotions mentioned during the booking process were confirmed during my check in.

元々コストパフォーマンスが良く、清潔でスタッフの対応にも満足していたが、新館が出来てよりホテルのグレードが上がった。新館の部屋の作り、家具、その他は四つ星ホテルでも上のランクに匹敵する。唯一の欠点は、シャワーの水圧が低い事。ただし、水圧が低い事を考慮しても、この価格でこの質なら私は満足です。

Good hotel. Escape noise from old quarter.

It is the only place you can slumber to snore at night. Ask for “river view” (actually not much view), high floor. Very quiet. No traffic noise. Hotel bed is comfortable. The hitel manager sitting at the lobby is very helpful. He is seriously to handle my complaint, that no WiFi at room. He came to my room to investigate and found that the router outside my room is off. He is great anyway.

静かで快適なホテル

ホテルの建物自体はこじんまりとしていますが、部屋も広く清潔で快適に滞在できました。周辺も静かでゆっくりできました。 一点だけ、カードキーがエラーになってしまうのでその都度フロントに行かなければならなかったことは残念でした。ただ、ホテルスタッフは毎回嫌な顔をせずに対応してくれたので良かったです。

ホテルは寝るだけ、清潔で静かであれば良い人にお勧め。

観光利用としては、ハノイ中心街から少し遠いですが、ハノイ唯一のイオン(大型店舗)が近くにあり、市内の定番の観光地を行き終えたハノイリピーター、豪華なホテルより清潔であれば豪華なホテルである必要はない人にはうってつけ。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、設備は古いがキッチリ整備されている。

Satisfaction that exceeds the price.

The staff is very friendly. The room is not new. However, it is very well managed and clean. Taxis can also be immediately secured. I think that I am higher quality than the price. The downside is that it is only a little far from the sightseeing spot.

Luxury Hotel close to Hanoi city centre

Hanoi city centre just 1 bridge far but much quieter and clean. The lobby, breakfast restaurant and outdoor dining area... can't believe there just a small hotel with only few rooms (that i saw). Completed room amenities and equipment. Feel like this hotel is plan to be a small but luxury one, somehow my room shower tap was leaking. Also the temperature of hot tap water were too high that hard to adjust the shower to the comfortable temperature. However, a little defect won't change my mind to stay here if I come back to Hanoi again. Last, I would like to thank the hotel reception staff's patient that explaining nicely to my argue due to I didn't realize I booked wrong room type.

観光目的以外なら立地が少々遠い、それ以外は大満足。

観光利用としては、各観光地・レストランから遠く今一つ。ただし、スタッフは皆親切で、対応も良い。設備は決して新しくはないが、シャワーの湯量も十分で、設備管理も行き届いている。ベットは、私には少々硬過ぎた。この価格でこの質なら、立地は悪くとも私は十分満足出来ました。

Very good hotel which is suitable for price.

Hotel which is a little far from sightseeing spot. But it is a very good hotel if you understand it. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities of the room are also clean and adequate. However, I have Bed was a little stiff. I will choose this hotel next time I will come to Hanoi.

Pleasant well presented hotel with great service

A very enjoyable hotel - was at first dubious given its location but that changed quickly. Only a short taxi drive to the old quarter / lake and the shopping, it is a well put together hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Was impressed with the service. Room was very comfortable, with a great bed. Bathroom was a decent size and spotless. Amenities were more than sufficient. Would stay there again very happily.

Nice Hotel

New Era Hotel is situated in a very nice area and the staff are very helpfull and the rooms excellent . The buffet breakfast delicious. Good price from expedia.com and I get pleased with fee service is 5 % including room. The New era hotel is large and has trees and grass. There is a lake in the garden where you can to sit and relax. I really enjoy spending time in this hotel. If you are looking for a unique hotel to visit in Hanoi , New era is an attractive choice.
