Malgrรฉ la rรฉservation et le paiement d'une chambre catรฉgorie "deluxe", une chambre catรฉgorie " supรฉrieure" (donc de catรฉgorie infรฉrieure ร  la deluxe) nous a รฉtรฉ attribuรฉe et le personnel n'a rien voulu savoir. J'ai donc payรฉ pour 16 nuits une somme bien supรฉrieure ร  celle que j'aurais dรป payer. Il faut aussi savoir que l'hรดtel reรงoit tous les jours un ou plusieurs cars de touristes corรฉens qui dรฉbarquent tous en mรชme temps dans la salle de restaurant pour le petit dรฉjeuner et qu'ร  plusieurs reprises nous avons dรป retourner dans notre chambre, faute de table disponible. De plus, le buffet n'est pas rรฉapprovisionnรฉ au fur et ร  mesure, donc, mรชme si nous avons pu trouver une table, il est arrivรฉ frรฉquemment que les plats soient totalement vides et cela pendant une heure...Le personnel du restaurant est d'ailleurs dรฉsagrรฉable et je pense que mรชme s'ils le voulaient, ils ne pourraient pas รชtre pires. Le personnel de la rรฉception (ainsi que les grooms) ne parlent pas ou trรจs peu anglais et il est donc difficile de se faire comprendre et donc de demander une aide quelconque. Il n'y a qu'une rรฉceptionniste (mais รฉvidemment pas toujours prรฉsente) qui parle correctement anglais et dont il faut guetter la prรฉsence si on a besoin de quelque chose. L'hรดtel est situรฉ dans une zone trรจs รฉloignรฉe du centre ville, mais j'avais choisi ce quartier pour des raisons professionnelles et donc je savais ne pas รชtre dans le quartier touristique. La chambre est ร  peu prรจs propre.
