Even though the hotel's surroundings are a little bit deserted, the hotel itself is very new, neat, and clean. The hotel staff is very helpful with local information. I also received a small welcome note in my room when I arrived. Though the hotel seems targeted Japanese guests, as the staff initially greeted me in Japanese, guests who speak other language are also welcomed. The self-service breakfast is great, too.

Clean facility with restaurant and convenience store on 1st floor. Rooms were clean, well maintained. I specifically asked for a room away from noise sources however was assigned a room right next to staff storage and there was a lot of commotion throughout the day. They definitely dropped the ball on this one. Bathrooms lack exhaust vent so after a shower all the steam has nowhere to go. I've seen bathroom exhaust vents in cheaper/older hotels in Vietnam. Water pressure and temperature were very inconsistent. Breakfast was average with mostly Japanese options, not the worst but not special either. Restaurant staff appear confused and kept asking for the breakfast ticket. Overall this is a clean hotel but customer service needs work.

１Fにコンビニがあり、とても便利。日本食レストランの朝食が充実している。サウナ付き大浴場も日本と同等で快適。近所にPHOの店が沢山あり、セブンイレブンやKマートもあり便利。毎日ウェルカムバー（セルフ）に行って生ビールを1杯頂きました。

大浴場とサウナは大きな魅力。 25時まで入れるので遅いチェックインからでも入れるのでありがたい。 後で気がついたがウェルカムドリンクでサッポロビールがセルフサービスで飲めるようだった。
