Overall impression of Sheraton is that the staff are amazing. I checked in very late in the morning yet the staff was polite and quick with the check-in process. When I checked out I had to rush to the airport to catch my plane and 'Rosie' picked up a taxi since the grab driver was asking to pay in cash when I didn't have any. And she even gave us a hanoi keyring as a small gift. I would definitely recommend this place!

The Sweet room we stayed in was excellent! Very spacious with two bedrooms and emperor space in the living room and dining area. Breakfast buffet was also great with good international selections, including Vietnamese favorites. The best of all was the hospitality of the staffs. I would highly recommend it for a family trip.
