Very clean room . Also very polite and helpful staff . Hotel was fantastic. However the airport immigration and flight with Vietnam Airlines was very poor . It falls short of the high standard of the hotel.

This is a great place to stay. The hotel is centrally located in old town. The staff, Quan, Cloud, Cara and Leo, provided exceptional lobby service. My first day at the hotel, I wasn’t sure if my pre booked tours would pick us up at the hotel. Quan called each tour company and ensured a pick up for us. The breakfast that was included with the room was fantastic. Everyday there was a variety of Asian and Western food choices. Absolutely delicious. Housekeeper came in everyday and cleaned the room. The room was spotless. I highly recommend this hotel.
