We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!

Everything was perfect and better than expected. Good size room, everything is clean, amazing staff, delicious breakfast. Best orange juice I’ve ever had, I believe freshly squeezed. We are coming back and looking forward to stay here for our last night before departure from Vietnam. Thank you very much!

Only a few minutes from the airport, so very good for a stop over. Rooms were big and comfortable, and breakfast was simple, but all we needed. We checked in after midnight which wasn’t an issue. Quite noisy in the hotel, both from planes and from other guests…

We had arrived after the restaurant next door was closed, the guy that checked us in was so respectful and generous, I asked him where we could get food and he offered a meal that his family cooked after hours for a surcharge. The food was in our room within 15 minutes, it was hot and fresh and so delicious. I really recommend this hotel.
