가성비 좋고 음식 맛있음
올드쿼터에 위치해서 시내관광에 편리함. 그러나 주변 교통이 혼잡해서 걷기는 쉽지 않음. 조식이 맛있음. 수영장은 커다란 욕조 정도라 수영은 안되고 몸 담글 정도임. 조명이 밝아서 좋았음. 가성비는 괜찮음.

걸어서 유명한 맛집 다 갈 수 있음. 위치가 진짜 환상. 공항 갈때만 택시탐. 근데 호텔 앞으로 그랩 잡으면 기사가 자꾸 옆 건물로 가서 기다림. 공항 갈 때 기사가 이상한 곳으로 왔는데 호텔 직원분이 직접 통화 후 짐까지 다 들어주심. 직원분들 너무너무 친절함. 건물도 예쁘고 시설도 좋음. 다음에 하노이에 또 온다면 여기로 오고 싶음.

Cosy Internal Window 은 방크기가 22m(7평) 이고 6만원대이고 Double Superior 은 방크기가 25m(8평)이고 가격은 73,544원이므로 조금이라도 넓은데서 자고자 1박당 만원 정도를 더주고 3박을 예약해서 갔다. 호텔에서 방키를 주어 방에 들어가 트렁크 2개 펼칠려고 하는데 트렁크 펼칠공간이 안나와서 호텔 프론트로 가서, "우리가 예약한 방은 Double Superior인데 방이 아닌것 같다"라고 말하고 Cosy Internal Window을 보여달라고 하였다. 프런트에서는 다 같은 Superior라고 하였다. 그래서 그러면 왜 내가 돈을 더주고 Double Superior 방을 구했겠냐 하고 어필하고 방으로 왔다.(돈을 다 지불했기 때문에 여행을 포기하지 않는한 방법이 없었다. ) 잠시후 방으로 프론트에서 전화가 와서 3일째 되는 월요일 날 방을 바꾸어 준다고 해서 3일 째 되는 날 숙박을 해보니 그곳이 바로 우리가 예약한 Double Superior 크기와 같았다. 돈을 더주고 한등급 낮은 곳에서 숙박을 하는 경우를 당했다.

일단 첫번째로 직원분들이 너무 친절해요 그리고 가성비호텔이라 시설,청결 걱정많이했는데 시설이 최신은 아니지만 엄청 깨끗하고 침대가 푹신해서 잠이 계속온다는 단점ㅋㅋㅋ 루프탑에 수영장이 있긴하지만 수영장은 많이 작아요, 그래도 나름 잘사용했습니다. 마지막날 새벽비행기라 체크아웃하고 짐 맡긴 후 놀다들어와서 수영하고 샤워까지 할 수 있게 해줘서 뽀송하게 공항으로 갈 수 있었네요^^

It is located in Hanoi old downtown which has a lot of place to visit and enjoy nearby it. The best thing it has is its pool whose operation time starts early in the morning and ends at almost 10 pm or 11pm ( I'm not sure exact time ). Its pool is a bit small but you can relax until late night there.

무난하나 재방문은 고민하게 됨
조식: 5성 호텔급을 기대하지 않은 한 가격대비 훌륭함, 쌀국수가 맛이 좋은 편. 객실공간: 일반객실을 2명이 사용하기엔 좁을듯, 일반객실의 경우 창문이 없다고 보는게 좋음. 방을 두 개 이용(일반, 프리미엄급)했는데, 하나는 창문이 샤워부스에 작게 있고 프리미엄급은 창문이 두 개 있었으나 한 개의 창문은 에어콘 실외기 및 옆 건물과 바로 붙어있오 실질적 효용이 없었음. 서비스: 무난하고 친절한 편(타 숙소와 거의 동일) 청결: 청소상태가 미흡한 인상을 갖게 됨. 두 개 방을 사용했으며 그 중 하나의 방에서는 이불 속 머리카락이 수 개 발견되었음, 다른 방에서는 눈썹과 먼지, 침구류 얼룩 등이 발견됨. 확인 후 즉시 사과하고 침구류 교체해주는 자세는 좋았음. 주변환경: 유명 관광지 인근(요셉성당 걸어서 10분 가량)으로 여행자에게는 좋은 숙소임. 방문목적이 출장이라면 출장지 인근으로 검토하는 것도 좋을듯, 경남랜드마크, 롯데타워 등은 거리가 있는 편 결론: 호텔 청결과 서비스에 민감한 분인 경우 비추, 무난하고 가성비가 판단 기준인 경우 추천. 에머니티 중 특히 샴푸는 머리가 잘 감기지 않으니 별도로 준비하는게 좋겠음. 바로 옆의 오갤러리 호텔을 같이 이용했고 전반적인 만족도는 조식제외 오갤러리가 상위임.

더 라이트 호텔 후기입니다.
침대 시트에 머리카락이 있었고 시트를 갈았는지 안 갈았는지 베개 밑쪽 시트에 뭐가 묻어있어서 조금 찝찝했고요, 화장실에 휴지 걸이가 쓰레기통이랑 너무 가까워서 불편했어요. 그 두가지만 빼면 호텔 조식도 다양하고 호텔 바로 옆에 더 페이샵이 있고 조금 더 가다 보면 편의점도 있고 호안끼엠 호수도 걸어서 왔다 갔다 할수 있는 거리여서 좋았어요~!!! 특히 마지막날 샤워하고 호텔 마사지 받았는데 처음이자 마지막에 받은 마시지가 최고였어요~!!!

일단 사진이랑 너무 달라서 깜짝 놀랐어요. 객실에는 창문이 없고 어메티니가 아닌 어매니티 통을 재활용해서 계속 사용하는 듯 하더군요, 그리고 무료로 제공되는 커피랑 티백 중 티 백이 누가 열어놓은 상태 그대로 방치되어 있었어요. 위치는 기찻길 마을 바로 옆이라 좋았어요. 픽업 서비스 비용이 다른 호텔들에 비해 비싼 것 같아요. 다른 호텔을 이용 했을 땐 18달러였는데 여기는 23달러라고 해서 조금 놀랐습니다. 아 또 원래 2 beds를 주문했는데 원베드(침대 두개 붙여놓은)더라구요,, 하루만 머무는 거라 그냥 감안하고 잤어요. 그래도 직원분들 정말 친절하시고 11층에 작은 수영장도 있고, 아 엘리베이터는 10층까지만 운행하고 11층은 10층에서 내려서 계단으로 걸어가야 합니다.

주변에 구경할데 많음
도심 속 호텔이라 주변에 돌아다니며 관광하기 좋았어요. 특히 기찻길마을이랑 맛집 분보남보가 걸어서 5분 거리 내에 있어서 기다리거나 하지 않고 바로 구경할 수 있었어요. 그리고 라탄소품 살 수 있는 핸디크라프트나 기념품선물 파는 어메이징 하노이도 근처에 있어서 좋아요. 예약할 때 투베드로 잘못 예약했는데 예약이 꽉 차서 방을 바꿔줄 순 없었지만, 침대를 바꿔줘서 편히 잤고~ 체크아웃 때 선물도 받아서 기분 좋았어요ㅎㅎ

새벽늦게 도착해서 트윈룸으로 신청했었는데 올라가보니 더블이였어요 그래서 다시바꿔딜리하니 지금은 방이 없어서 아침에 바꿔준다했는데 데스크직원이 오전에 바뀌었음에도불구하고 메모까지 해놓으셔서 아무 불편함없이 트윈으로 잘바꿔주셨어요 직원분들 너무 친절하시네요 조식도 맛있었어요. 룸도 깨끗하고 관광거리도 만족하고 택시도 잘불러주고 아주 편하게 잘 있다왔습니다. 너무 만족합니다^^

시내지역으로 가격대비 매우 만족했던 숙소였어요. 숙소를 처음 들어갔을 때 침대에 타올로 백조를 만들어놓고 장미꽃잎을 깔아놓으셔서 깜짝놀랬어요. 화장실 세면대에도 장미꽃잎을 뿌려놓으셨어요. 룸 컨디션도 좋은편이었고 창은 작은 것 하나가 한쪽에 있었어요. 뷰를 볼 건 아니었지만 그래도 있는게 덜 답답했죠. 욕조는 따로 없었고 10층으로 주셨고, 수영풀장과 바랑 가까웠어요ㅡ 계단으로 오르락내리락. 역시 베트남도 룸에서 나오자마자 복도에서부터 덥고 습한 기운이 덮쳐왔어요. 수영풀장은 큰편은 아니었지만 손님도 적었던터라 나쁘지 않았어요.

위치 좋음. 도보로 거의 이동가능.조식 존맛탱(특히 요거트,쌀국수,오믈렛) 하롱베이 투어 잘못예약해서 도와달라했더니 업체에 전화해서 변경도 해주고 빨리 도착해서 체크인도 일찍 하게해줌 망고 깎아주고 팁도 안받으심 ㅠ 왕친절 침대시트에 뭐가 묻어있긴하나 크게 신경은 안쓰고 편하게 잤음 3박내내 있었는데 크게 불편한점이 없었음요 아 수영장은 엄청 좁고 안에 벌레가 떠다님 ㅎㅎ 그리고 샤워부스 옆에 문이 부실해서 다칠위험있어요

하노이 있는 동안 내내 머물었습니다. 위치도 성요셉근처라서 왠만한 곳은 걸어서도 가능했구 직원들이 너무너무 친절하고 시설도 깨끗했어요. 특히 조식 쌀국수가 하노이에서 먹은 어떤 쌀국수보다 만족스러웠습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 식기류에 먼지가 좀 있어서 청결을 극도로 중요 시 하시는 분들은 실망하실 수도 있겠네요. 수영장도 작지만 더운 하노이에서 너무 시원하게 잘놀았어요. 방은 작지만 있을만한건 다 있엇고 깨끗했습니다. 하노이 건물 특성상 좁고 위로 올라간 건물이라서 창은 없었지만 가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 다음에 하노이를 또 온다면 다시 갈 생각있습니다.

하노이의 편안했던 마지막밤
다양한 조식 뷔페도 맛있고 직원분들이 정말 친절했어요. 그리고, 수압 진짜 짱짱!! 돌아가는날 비행기가 밤 늦게있어 밤 9시에 스파예약을 해놓고 다니다 너무 덥고 습해서 땀이 났었는데 발마사지 전에 샤워를 할 수 있게 해 줘서 정말 고마웠습니다. 안씻고 비행기를 탔을거라 생각하면.... 절레절레 하지만 마사지는.... 그냥 씻고 조금 누워있으며 피로풀은것에 의미를 둔 정도? 허허허 마지막에 맡겨둔 짐 찾고 그랩 타기 전까지 제대로 그랩을 잡은 건지 우리가 잡은 그랩이 맞는지 까지 확인하고 짐을 들어주신 직원분도 정말 친절했어요 고맙습니다~ 다음에 하노이에 또 가게되면 그땐 2박 이상을 하고싶네요.
